I am out for dinner tonight. We’re heading over to a Turkish restaurant/grill place that I’m keen on due tot he mixed grill meat platter.

I love it, it’s reasonably priced too, even when you throw in a bottle of wine as well.

However, this and the mish mash of different foods I have been grazing on today would turn me in to a fat lump if it wasn’t due tot he regular weight lifting and cycling I do in order to get to work.

This plant has been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders such as high blood pressure and chest pain (angina), as well as respiratory disorders such as asthma, it can also assist with reducing fat mass in obese people.

However, no reliable scientific information that shows Coleus forskohlii extracts taken by mouth are effective.

Dose:

Up to 2 capsules per day to be taken.

This is not particularly good as we prefer at least 4 pills spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.

The daily dose of 500mg is a low daily amount.

In fact, this dose is terrible when you consider the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.
