Evogen Lipocide IR Metabolic Accelerating Powder Fat Burner Review

Evogen Lipocide IR Metabolic Accelerating Powder Fat Burner Review

Evogen Lipocide IR Metabolic Accelerating Powder Fat Burner First Look:

It’s that time of year again and I am slowly beginning to accept that maybe I will not be in perfect shape. So how will I get over it? How will I maintain confidence levels?

I am trying to deal with it by buying an Audi TT roadster…yep, that’ll draw everyone’s attention away from my now portly and not so rippling physique that has been brought on by little time for exercise and too much time sat at my desk or behind the wheel of my mundane family sedan.

So is this all we can do? Go out any buy silly cars that say more about our sexuality that anything else?

No, amid the impulse purchase there could be another way, an alternative to dropping some cash dollar on a car that has a questionable image.

You may not necessarily pretend to be a hairdresser, or worse still…be branded one!

Why?

There’s plenty of fat burners out there, it’s about time I got back on them, before I hit the top 3 page I am interested to see how this particular fat burner works.

As is the norm these days, this supplement has opted to be in water soluble powder format. They say it’s more convenient than pills, but how can that be so?

A pill is small, discreet and easy to take. A powder requires a shaker, lots of noise and more water.

Ingredients

Cacao – Cocoa helps in weight loss by improving mitochondrial biogenesis. It increases muscle glucose uptake by inserting glucose transporter 4 in skeletal muscles membrane.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24100674

Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium) – At present, Citrus aurantium may be the best thermogenic substitute for ephedra.

However, more studies are needed to establish this definitively.

Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.

Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.

There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.

Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism. This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Calcium – Results show that training results in increased testosterone levels in athletes and that the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19099204

However, a recent study has warned against calcium supplementation due to the increased risk of a heart attack.

Choline BiTartrate – Choline is mostly used for either its cognitive boosting properties or as a liver health agent, able to reduce fatty liver buildup.

It may also be a stimulant although this is based on anecdote. Requires around 250-500mg per day for cognitive benefits. Choline does not offer any significant benefits for aerobic capacity, fatigue or training capacity.

Salt (sodium) – An essential mineral; its consumption is critical to our health. However, Americans do consume double the recommended daily intake.

Excess sodium may not raise blood pressure, but it is associated with other health issues, such as kidney damage and an increased risk of cognitive decline.

L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is taken for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation.

It is also used for stress, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Capsicum – Capsaicin is known to boost metabolism, causing the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel. This is found in our favorite fat burner Instant Knockout. There’s 40,000 heat units present (HU) which is pretty darn hot.

http://umm.edu/health/medical/altmed/herb/cayenne

Black Pepper Extract (Piper Nigrum) – Black Pepper is a source of piperine, a molecule that does not do much on its own but can inhibit enzymes that would attack other molecules. Due to this, it is ingested alongside some supplements to increase their absorption rates.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

L-carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Men who were supplemented 2g per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Toothed Clubmoss (Devil’s Ash, Devil’s Claw, Ground Pine) – Traditionally used for memory improvement and cognition.

Higenamine – Data shows an increase in energy expenditure and kilocalorie expenditure. It also results in a moderate increase in heart rate and systolic blood pressure similar to caffeine.

Dose:

We are instructed to take no more than 2 scoops per day, we are also instructed to take the dose in the morning before we eat.

We are also instructed that 1 scoop is best and not to use the product for more than 4 weeks without then taking a 4 week break.

Therefore, on the basis that we should only be taking 1 scoop, that means we only get a daily dose of 1788.005mg per day.

That’s shit by anyone’s standards really.

Effects & Benefits:

Caffeine is a great addition and often seen in the best fat burners for its energy provisions plus it is a thermogenic which increases calorie burn.

Carnitine is great for producing energy for you to accomplish that jog in the morning before work.

Coffee bean are found in Instant Knockout, which is our favorite fat burner. Because it is a proven and effective ingredient to help stimulate fat burn.

Citrus Aurantium is present which is a fat burning agent, however, it is potentially dangerous, particularly when taken with stimulants such as Caffeine.

Vitamin B12 can boost energy levels and raise metabolism which is just want we want.

Capsicum is another fantastic thermogenic which raises the body temperature which in turn burns more calories. This is often found int he best fat burners.

To many people’s delight, cocoa helps in weight loss by improving mitochondrial biogenesis. However, we have very small amounts here. You cannot now go and eat the biggest Hershey bar you can find.

Higenamine works similar to caffeine and offers an increase in energy expenditure.

Bioperine helps our body absorb all of these beneficial ingredients.

That’s 9 ingredients which can help you burn more fat.

Negatives:

However, as good as 9 ingredients are, that does leave us with 5 ingredients that do not really help me or you shift the unwanted pounds…

Citrus Aurantum is deemed potentially unsafe and can cause a heart attack in extreme cases. Nor does it seem to really offer any performance benefits. This means actually, due to this unwanted side effect it sort of leaves us with 6 non-beneficial ingredients.

Calcium can plaque arteries also potentially causing cardiovascular problems that Citrus Aurantium may have missed.

We tend to have very high Sodium content in our diets already, so unless you merely drink water all day and eat nothing but tree bark, it is unlikely you will require much more sodium in your diet. This is not true if you are in a very hot conditions or in a position whereby you lose lots of fluid each day such as a soldier in the Middle East.

I am not against ingredients that can offer cognitive function improvements, however, I feel they should be in a NootropicHaving more ingredients that are not strictly necessary just prevents higher doses of the good fat burning ingredients.

As a result the dose is very low, it should be doubled however, with the inclusion of Citrus Aurantium higher doses increase the risk of creating problems.

This is also part proprietary blend which means the manufacturer can hide the exact amounts of each ingredient included.

Evogen Lipocide IR Metabolic Accelerating Powder Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

The proprietary blend is a big turn off, especially considering there are 7 ingredients in there that we have no knowledge of their ingredient content.

Then we have the low overall dose of less than 2000mg per day.

I would also say that a powder is less convenient than pills, however, that is purely my opinion.

Then 5 of the 14 ingredients are not really fat reducing, if we then add that another ingredient while having benefits can also cause unwanted side effects that can be exacerbated by Calcium – so a double whammy of danger there for us!

This means that while there are some good, beneficila and proven ingredients, they are overshadowed by the relentless negatives.

Which is a shame, this could easily be improved and rectified. Until that point look elsewhere, preferably here
