GAT L-Carntine Fat Burner Review

First Look

This follows the new direction of which German And American Technologies seems to be heading with their designs. It is clean, fresh, able to cut it in the mainstream and looks professional. Something that would not look out of place in a chemist or pharmacy, and we all trust those, right?

As with most supplements, GAT are trying to ease itself in to the public sphere and away from the typical image of bodybuilding.

Ingredients:

Just the 1 ingredient present here, that at least makes it easier for me.

L-carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes. It is a very popular supplement and widely proven to be active drugs for the therapy of symptoms associated with male aging. Any fat loss tends to be associated with the extra energy provided by this compound which in turn increases exercise. However, any other real fat reduction seems to be limited to elderly people. Although L-carnitine has been marketed as a weight loss supplement, scientific evidence is lacking.

Dose:

2 capsules daily. The best fat burners out there recommend 4 doses as it provides a nice, consistent and constant amount of ingredients throughout the day for your body to utilize.

This double dose provides 1000mg per day.

Effects:

L-Carnitine helps you body produce energy, therefore you should be able to hit the gym or have a jog which in turn will burn more calories and help you either maintain a healthy weight or create a calorie deficit whereby you are using more calories than made available from your diet.

However, to see this as a fat burner is not correct.

Negatives:

The big issue regarding this product is that it does not behold any real fat burning ingredients, what it includes is just one ingredient that is able to provide energy to perform exercise which in turn can create a calorie deficit to lose weight.

The dose is fairly low too, there are similar products that offer 50% or even 100% more per day.

Conclusion:

It isn’t really a proper fat burner, L-carnitine offers no thermogenic or metabolizing effect. In addition, due to the lack of further ingredients it fails to encapsulate the full effects and benefits from a product with 8 ingredients.

If you specifically want a L-carnitine product there are better available than this.

Look up what works and make your decision based on science and results, not marketing.
