GHOST INFRARED Fat Burner Review // Let’s Inspect It…

GHOST INFRARED Fat Burner First Look:

There’s a shop here close by I work which reduces many of their packet sandwiches after 2pm.

This means, almost everyday, instead of eating rice and tuna with chilli sauce I stroll down to pick up a late lunch for a bargain price.

This is both lazy and not as healthy as the alternative. Sandwiches laden with mayo and other sauces are fine on the odd occasion but with 3 vacations lined up this summer including a jaunt across Europe in a convertible this bro doesn’t want to look like shit.

So what do we have here?

Well it looks like a video game in a bottle. Sort of like something from GTA and you could probably wear the design on a tee shirt if you think you are ‘urban’ enough.

It does look and sound more street wear apparel rather than a supplement.

Ingredients

Hemerocallis Fulva (Orange Daylily) – Considered to possess anti-depressant, anti-oxidant, and lipolytic properties, although these effects have yet to be confirmed in human studies.

Grains Of Paradise Extract (Aframomum melegueta) – Oral ingestion of GP extract increases energy expenditure.

L-carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

It is a very popular supplement and widely proven to be active drugs for the therapy of symptoms associated with male aging.

Any fat loss tends to be associated with the extra energy provided by this compound which in turn increases exercise.

However, any other real fat reduction seems to be limited to elderly people.

Although L-carnitine has been marketed as a weight loss supplement, scientific evidence is lacking.

Cocoa Bean Extract – Studies show that in conjunction with a controlled diet, cocoa bean extract may play a role in body weight management.

Calcium – Results show that training results in increased testosterone levels in athletes and that the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.

Calcium stored in fat cells plays a crucial role in regulating how fat is processed and stored by the body. The more calcium there is in a fat cell, the more fat the cell will burn.

Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium) – At present, Citrus aurantium may be the best thermogenic substitute for ephedra.

However, more studies are needed to establish this definitively.

Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.

Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.

There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.

Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

Vitamin B6 – Comprising three chemically distinct compounds pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is involved in the regulation of mental function and mood.

Vitamin B6 is also an essential homocysteine re-methylation cofactor, and deficiency is associated with increase in blood homocysteine levels. Homocysteine is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease and may also have directly toxic effects on neurons of the central nervous system.

Neuropsychiatric disorders including seizures, migraine, chronic pain and depression have been linked to vitamin B6 deficiency.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds. Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) – Thiamine is required by our bodies to properly use carbohydrates.

Some research suggests that taking thiamine together with pantethine and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) does not improve muscle strength or endurance in athletes.

BioPerine (Piper nigrum)The extract of piperine, called BioPerine®  in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.

BioPerine®  significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

Dose

The advice is to take 4 tablets daily which equates to 3301.5mg.

That is a healthy overall dose and up there with what the best fat burners kick out.

Effects & Benefits:

There are 5 proven and effective ingredients present that can help fight fat.

Be that through thermogenic effects in which body temperature is raised and thus more calories are expended.

Or because the ingredients can help your body produce energy which you can burn off exercising.

There’s also Bioperine which assists with the absorption of the ingredients so your body can use as much of them as possible.

There’s also some wildcards such as Orange Daylily, Calcium, Cocoa and Citrus Aurantium…

button-3

Negatives:

Let’s talk about those wildcards a little more…

Citrus Aurantium can potentially cause cardiovascular problems, especially if supplemented with Caffeine, which is also present.

It can also cause issues for light skinned people in the sun…fine if you live in England, probably not in you live in Western Australia.

Cocoa, may, just may help with weight loss.

Calcium appears to be effective at burning fat cells when people drink dairy, but also so not increase their calorie intake. Therefore they would need to swap something for the dairy, not just drink milk on top of there other daily intake of food/drink.

Orange Daylily has shown to be effective in rats, however human studies appear to be nonexistent.

GHOST INFRARED Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

We’re sort of at a stalemate here.

This has a great daily dose and spread out over 4 capsules per day can provide an optimum delivery of the nutrients.

There’s also some great, exciting and effective ingredients…there’s also some potentially problematic ingredients not to mention those with spurious claims.

What we are looking for is a fat burner whereby all of the ingredients contained are researched and backed by scientific evidence…this is about halfway there.

Therefore it is only half as good as the top 3 fat burners which will help you reach your goals quicker.
