We’ve pretty much all experienced if not shoulder pain, groin pain. As the second most mobile joint in the body (following the rotator cuff), the groin and hip can suffer from some of the biggest issues in sports.

Whether it be problems and pain whilst squatting or trying to sidestep, a healthy and strong groin can alleviate some of this to make you more effective on and off the field.
