Healthy Supplements Tribulus Terrestris Testosterone Booster Review

Healthy Supplements Tribulus Terrestris Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

Once I get home after my cycle I will eat some sweet potato fries with pork then settle down for it to digest looking at ways to enhance my house because at present it is a bit of a shit hole.

Once my food has digested I will try another pre workout just before I hit the weights in my small living room which is overrun with the Powertec Iso-lateral multi gym.

As ever though, I also want to try and naturally increase my testosterone levels and this requires thorough research and testing of products to see which will offer an benefit and which will not.

The majority seem not to.

And they always make bold claims about their products and how they can increase size and strength.

This is no different, however, they may at least offer a glimmer of the reality…

Ingredients:

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head. And its head is fucking ugly. Like a medieval gargoyle.

The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.

The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Dose:

We are instructed to take 1 pill per day.

It is better to take a larger dose spread out over the period of a day to ensure that you have a constant trickle of ingredients.

Therefore, with 1 pill daily you will have a dose of 1000mg which is not up there with the best testosterone boosters.

Effects & Benefits:

The studies highlight how ineffective this is. Both in professional athletes and amateurs alike.

However, at least this particular product offers a degree of honesty. Take a look at the ingredients panel above.

Yes, see the orange circle near the bottom and the question marks?

This is probably the first product I have seen, in particularly tribulus terrestris whereby the manufacturer has openly admitted that this may not work at all.

However, we know by the studies that this will not work.

It’s like trying to wash your car in dirty water, it will not clean your car.

Negatives:

It just doesn’t work.

The studies offer enough reasoning to prove that tribulus does not offer any athletic enhancements.

Healthy Supplements Tribulus Terrestris Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

Healthy or not, this supplement will not be effective at increasing muscle mass or strength.

It will not offer any of the benefits that come with increased testosterone levels, because it will not increase or stimulate an increase in natural testosterone production.

It is missing a number of vital ingredients that are proven to be effective.

These ingredients are found in the best testosterone boosters and include:

  • DAA
  • D3
  • Zinc
  • B6
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • B12
  • Oyster
  • Ginseng
  • Magnesium
