HIT Shape Pure Garcinia Lean Fat Burner Review First Look:

Recently I have been really happy with my progress in the gym.

I am lifting heavier weights and while reducing the volume of training sessions per week I still seem to be packing on strength and size.

This coupled with my cycling to and from work almost each day have seen my fat levels reduce.

However, I cannot just leave it at that.

I have also been trying to eat much more cleanly, this usually consists of scrambled eggs on toast in the mornings with rice and tuna mixed together with hot chilli sauce for my lunch.

Dinner varies but it is not what I would call unhealthy nor a particularly large meal.

I have also been supplementing with both a testosterone booster called TestoFuel plus a fat burner known as Instant Knockout which I can say is incredibly effective and beneficial to use.

However, I am always keen to see if there is anything else on the market that can offer similar or even greater results.

This looks like it is marketed to women rather than men, however, I am a firm believer that ingredients that are proven to work should be included in a fat burner regardless of gender.

Garcinia Cambogia – Supposedly helps people lose weight, however, trials have been unsubstantiated or at least unimpressive.

Any tests run where there has been a glimmer of hope have been in stage 1 obese people.

Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism. This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Rasberry Ketone – Whilst touted as a miracle weight loss supplement and sometimes for lean muscle mass it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

Dose:

2 capsules per day.

We prefer at least 4 pills spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.

The daily dose of 1400mg is a fairly low amount.

In fact, this dose is not great when you consider some of the supplements we come across and doesn’t compare well with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Effects & Benefits:

Green Coffee is included in Instant Knockout which is reassuring to see because it is an effective fat burning ingredient.

Garcinia may, only may offer some benefit to people who are considered stage 1 obese. Stage 1 is the least worse stage of the 3.

Negatives:

The daily dose is less of what we are used to seeing with the best fat burners.

The problem here is that while Green Coffee is a conclusively proven ingredinet known to stimulate extra calorie expenditure, Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia are far from conclusive nor beneficial for everyone.

Not only that, this is also a proprietary blend.

This means that the exact breakdown per each ingredient that is included is not revealed to us.

They may only be available in trace amounts with lots of bulking agent to make it look like more mass is included.

The RRP of $33.99 is far from cost effective.

It certainly does not offer the fat burning performance we want nor is available in other fat burning supplements such as Instant Knockout.

HIT Shape Garcinia Lean Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

There’s nothing really positive nor notable about the performance of this supplement apart from just one ingredient.

The further two do not offer the proven studies required to show that it is effective at increasing calorie expenditure.

It also consists of a hidden and secretive proprietary blend which I would avoid.

It provides a low daily dose and is also missing other key ingredients that would really help with burning more calories such as:

  • B12
  • B6
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Glucomannan
  • Chromium
  • Caffeine
  • Cayenne
  • Green Tea

Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions.
