My iForce Nutrition Green Coffee Extract Fat Burner Review
I had terrible wind last night. I almost felt guilty about it.
I definitely think it was the olives that set me off, either that or the heavily bean laden soup I had a lunch time with rice.
Other than that I had a low carb evening meal mainly consisting of cold/cured meats and breaded camembert cheese.
Needless to say I haven’t done any exercise since my weights session as I am awaiting my new (well, second hand) cyclocross bike so I can cycle in to work much faster than on my fixed gear bike.
That said, the cyclocross bike requires me to buy some new pedals whereas my new Cinelli foot straps have arrived for the fixie after the chinese cheap straps disintegrated immediately.
This means, I can literally get on my bike again and start making the most of this sunshine ad I should be getting fitter and leaner.
However, in the meantime, to help with any easter eggs I accidently over indulge with I use a fat burner as part of my supplement stack.
As I am aging, I find I am less active due to other commitments – painting the house this weekend for instance!
This is not to say, I cannot gain more momentum and increase my performance any further…

Well, as a one trick pony, this is pretty good.
It’s sole ingredient is proven to help stimulate the metabolism which in turn burns more calories.
If you are just about break even on calorie expenditure and calorie intake, this could be the little tip over the edge that you require to get in to that deficit and see some gradual fat burn.
However, what we also have is a supplement that merely contains one ingredient to help fight the flab, not great when you consider the best fat burners usually contain over eight separate ingredients with a large body of evidence to prove their effectiveness.
