My Ignite Pharm INSANE BURN Fat Cutter Review

My Ignite Pharm INSANE BURN Fat Cutter Review

My Ignite Pharm INSANE BURN Fat Cutter Review First Look:

I’m heading home tonight to do some calorie burning and muscular stressful deadlifts.

I want to get my form back, and I also want to be leanish so when I wander up the stairs to the bathroom I am not out of breath or staggering around like an imbecile.

So, after my 9 miles bike ride home in a dreadful and hateful headwind battling with cars and buses I may treat myself to some cheap noodles which I can digest easily and hit the iron.

I’m actually on a bit of a short time frame too, as I need to head to the store to buy ingredients for the slow cooker so there’s food for when my girlfriend stays over tomorrow evening.

Another reason to cycle and do those deadlifts is that no doubt there will be dauphinoise potatoes as an accompaniment.

Empires come and go, but eating creamy potatoes is a constant.

And, drinking Malbec with red meats is always nice, too.

Not great for the waistline though…

I have used Instant Knockout in the past, and still do to ensure I do not buckle my bicycle wheels.

However, I like to go off piste sometimes and see what else in the arena of sports nutrition can help.

I am also interested to see what products people are buying or interested in to see just how effective they really are and if the popularity is just a case of good marketing techniques.

Ingredients: The Science

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits.

Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect.

Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Carnitine – Acetyl-L-carnitine helps the body produce energy.

It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.

Men who were supplemented 2g per day showed an increase of Insulin like growth hormone when combined with exercise.

Very limited evidence to suggest any fat loss unless you are an elderly person.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Yohimbe – Related to Yohimbine, Yohimbe is a powerful stimulant and used to increase fat loss as well as assist with erectile dysfunction. Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in our supplements to avoid list.

Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators.

Phenylethylamine hcl – Used for treating depression and increasing athletic performance. No evidence to substantiate these claims.

Limited supplemental usage due to being rapidly broken down into inactive components.

L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is taken for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation.

It is also used for stress, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).

Fursultiamine (Thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide) – This improves energy metabolism when fatigued.

Rasberry Ketone – Whilst touted as a miracle weight loss supplement and sometimes for lean muscle mass it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

Glucomannan – This is a soluble, fermentable, and highly viscous dietary fiber derived from the root of the elephant yam or konjac plant, which is native to Asia.

Preliminary evidence suggests that Glucomannan can promote weight loss.

This is found in the #1 fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Kola (Centella asiatica) – A legendary plant in China and Indonesia that as been used for many ailments, and may be good for syphilis, however, nothing to do with reducing fat.

Dose:

Take 20 pills per day which amounts to 994mg.

We would suggest using supplements that offer four or more pills to spread throughout the day ensuring that your body has a constant trickle of the nutrients as per the best fat burners.

However, at just 994mg per day, this is a low daily dose.

Pros:

Unfortunately there’s only three effective fat burning ingredients available.

Yes, these are Glucomannan, Green Tea and Caffeine. Of which, these do feature in the best fat burner I have yet to find, Instant Knockout.

However, things then take a turn for the worse.

Okay, Tyrosine can help improve alertness and Carnitine increase energy supplies for those brutal workouts, with Fursultiamine but there’s very little else to help reach our fat loss goals.

Nothing as effective as cycling in to the mother of all headwinds with no contact lenses in.

-Take a look at our Top 3 FAT BURNERS for something effective-

Cons:

This is a low dosed supplement, especially when compared to other fat burners.

However, then it is the inclusion of ingredients that have no body of proof to confirm that they will assist us in our journey to lose weight.

Raspberry Ketones, Kola and Phenylethylamine just will not help us at all. It seems odd that they are included, especially when these ingredients are often found in the least effective fat burner supplements.

Yet, further ingredients that would have been beneficial are not included such as:

  • Zinc
  • B vitamins
  • Cayenne
  • Chromium
  • Green Coffee

Without the thermogenic effects offered by certain ingredients which can raise the body temperature which in turn increases calorie expenditure.

This also consists of a proprietary blend, this means we have no idea how much of each individual ingredient is included.

My Ignite Pharm INSANE BURN Fat Cutter Review Conclusion:

It does seem that the popularity of this fat burner supplement is most likely based upon imagery and other marketing tactics, because, it is not based purely on the ingredient profile.

It’s shortcomings are numerous.

However, a few clear ones are as follows:

  • Low daily dose
  • Numerous unproven ingredients
  • Omits numerous proven fat reducing ingredients
  • Proprietary blend

This product really is not as competitive nor as effective for your fat loss plan than those we have placed in our top 3 fat burner selection.
