iSatori RAPID TEST BOOSTER Review – CT Fletcher Signature Series

Many lifters know of CT Fletcher, he’s the dude that can destroy weights by merely being within sniffing distance of he armpits.  He has, no doubt purely for commercial reasons put his name to a number of supplements by iSatori known as the CT Fletcher Signature Series. I hope they are as effective as his sheer size is at blocking out the sunlight.

First look

Now, surely, if this is a signature series CT Fletcher does not want to associate his name with bullshit and quite rightly so, he has a legion of followers who can turn easily and chase the next big thing and in turn he loses a large amount of income. As such we can see some positive ingredients that we will take a look at below:

Ingredients

Vitamin D – Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D supplementation.

Zinc – This is recommended for muscle building athletes year round to maximise your natural production of testosterone.

Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 helps testosterone levels by stimulating androgen (a steroid hormone that acts as a precursor for testosterone) receptors in your body, making your testes produce testosterone.

Vitamin B12 – This helps combat fatigue and stress.

Fenugreek – A powerful libido enhancer which has been linked to the reduction of insulin levels. Lower insulin creates lower levels of SHBG which helps create more free testosterone in the body.

Boron Citrate –  In a study concerning men who took 10mg of Boron a day they saw their estrogen levels drop and their free testosterone rise. There’s a healthy 200mg in this product.

Calcium – Results show that training results in increased testosterone levels in athletes and that the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.

However, a recent study has warned against calcium supplementation due to the increased risk of a heart attack.

Then you have (rolls eyes):

Tribulus Terrestris – one of the most marketed and highly touted testosterone boosters, this supplement has never been proven to be effective in this regard and time after time rears its ugly head.

Testosterone boosting ingredients

It’s good to see that iSatori have included a whole plethora of active, testosterone boosting ingredients here and to be fair, it would be downright criminal not only from iSatori but CT Fletcher himself if it was full of shit.

Dose

3 caps per day; this is a good dose as it will continually help promote testosterone production throughout the day.  There’s less chance of a spike and then nothing if the dose is just once or twice a day.

Effects

There’s some very good ingredients in this product which will help toward booster your bodies own natural production of testosterone. As far as how noticeable that will be is debatable and you will read why below.

Negatives

Now, there’s some good ingredients contained in RAPID TEST but it is missing key items such as D-Aspartic Acid, Oyster extract, Ginseng and Magnesium which are all found in products such as TestoFuel, Prime Male and Vintage Boost and these missing ingredients really are required for optimal results.

The actually daily dose of ingredients is way less than found in our top 3 T-Boosters as well! This is not good value.

My Review Conclusion

Has CT Fletcher fallen foul of putting his name to a T-Booster that does nothing other than inflate is wallet and deflate his credibility?  My gut reaction is yes.  Why?  Does CT Fletcher use a T-Booster?  Most likely not.  He will be jacked up to the eyeballs on anabolic steroids.  Will he have had anything to do with this product other than put his name to it?  Very unlikely.

I do not want to completely discredit this product entirely due to the fact there is a plethora of good, useful ingredients but I cannot help but think that not including D -Aspartic Acid, Magnesium, Ginseng and Oyster is ridiculous as these are all proven ingredients.

Adding Tribulus to the blend is also stupid and my initial thought is that because it has been on the scene for so long a product maybe (wrongfully) overlooked by the consumer for not containing it.

Another gripe is the actually lack of contents per dose, this is wayyyy lower than anything from our top 3 and the difference will show in the gym and your physique.  As such I cannot help that this drags it down to a mediocrity.
