My Logic Nutra Tongkat Ali Testosterone Booster Review First Look

I have been in the house all day recovering from my heavy weight session yesterday.

I have also been eating high protein meals and getting plenty of rest to encourage my muscles to grow and develop.

This is becoming increasingly hard as I age. When men hit the age of thirty their natural testosterone production reduces.

Thus it is important to help your body maintain a healthy testosterone level.

Modern research shows us that testosterone is beneficial for more than just muscle building.

It is important that men actually maintain a high and healthy level of testosterone.

That is because men suffer from the male version of the menopause, it is called the andropause.

The menopause effects women differently to men.

Changes relating to Andropause happen over a much longer period of time. This makes it almost unnoticeable

Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

Eurycoma Longifolia (Longjack)

There are some claims that Longjack will increase testosterone levels.

Yet, there is very little evidence surrounding the claims.

There’s no human studies available proving Longjack is effective when taken orally.

The minimal research available is by one Doctor. None of the work or studies are indexed or published by a reputable body.

As a result, the claims cannot be proven.

Doses tend to be of 300mg but no one is sure whether this is correct and effective.

How To Take Tongkat Ali

Take one pill every 24 hours.

It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will end peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

This results in a daily dose of 500mg is a quarter of the best test boosters.

There’s very little to get excited about here.

Eurycoma does not increase testosterone. Any ‘studies’ that have been released are nothing more than presentations that a Doctor presented, but these are a bit sketchy.

The soles ingredient does not offer any benefit. Plus it is a low dose.

The price is a bit steep, too.

Eurycoma has no human evidence to prove that it will increase testosterone. There are no human studies to prove that it is safe.

Everything seems a little untrustworthy about Longjack.

Unwanted Side Effects

Due to the lack of human studies regarding Longjack we are not sure of its safety.

What Improvements Could Be Made?

This needs to include more proven ingredients to improve performance.

With just one ingredients available this is not going to be beneficial.

Not when that ingredient has no solid and reputable proof that it is effective.

Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:

  • D3
  • B12
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • DAA
  • Zinc
  • Vit. C
  • Oyster
  • Creatine
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • Boron

These ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

My Logic Nutra Tongkat Ali Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

As a testosterone booster this needs to include proven ingredients.

This supplement will not help you increase your testosterone levels.

There is no evidence available that is trustworthy or published by a reputable source that can confirm it will increase testosterone.

Any final words for this review..?

A testosterone booster requires a number of proven ingredients to be effective. This has none.
