My Man Sports Nolvadren XT Testosterone Booster Review First Look

My body is aching. I was put to the test physically over the weekend and now my ageing body is struggling to keep up.

This is annoying as I go on vacation soon and I would love to get one last weight session in before I go.

At this rate I will be flying over with crutches.

However, I am eager to smash up some deadlifts and other compound exercises to release as much testosterone as possible.

This is becoming increasingly hard as I age. When men hit the age of thirty their natural testosterone production reduces.

Thus it is important to help your body maintain a healthy testosterone level.

Modern research shows us that testosterone is beneficial for more than just muscle building.

It is important that men actually maintain a high and healthy level of testosterone.

That is because men suffer from the male version of the menopause, it is called the andropause.

Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

Arimistane (Androst 3,5-dien-7, 17-dione)

Theoretically may be able to increase testosterone levels.

However, as no human or animal interventions have been conducted with Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione we don’t actually know.

DIM (Diindolylmethane)

Diindolylmethane appears to promote a healthy balance of testosterone in the body and is found in vegetables such as broccoli.

Cruciferous vegetables which contain high levels of DIM such as broccoli are eaten by many professional athletes such as rugby league players for their benefits.

7-Hydroxy Dehydroepiandrosterone

This is being considered as a candidate for hormone replacement therapy.

That’s because experiments showed that it increased DHEA levels. DHEA is then converted in to sex hormones such as testosterone.

[7-Hydroxydehydroepiandrosterone–a natural antiglucocorticoid and a candidate for steroid replacement therapy? Hampl R, Lapcík O, Hill M, Klak J, Kasal A, Novácek A, Sterzl I, Sterzl J, Stárka L. Physiol Res. 2000;49 Suppl 1:S107-12.]

7-hydroxy 17b-dihydro dehydroepiandrosterone

This is supposed to lower cortisol levels.

If cortisol is high it can have a negative impact on your testosterone production.

However, I really cannot find any studies from reputable sources that can confirm this.

How To Take Nolvadren XT

Take two capsules daily.

It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will end peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

This results in a daily dose of 325mg is much lower than the best test boosters.

This is an interesting offering due to the included ingredients.

That is because we do not often see them in other test boosters.

But, let’s go through the good stuff.

DIM is a common ingredient because it can help stabilise and regulate estrogen.

Too much estrogen will prevent testosterone being produced. Estrogen is the female sex hormone.

7-Hydroxy Dehydroepiandrosterone does seem to be able to increase DHEA levels. DHEA gets converted in to testosterone.

Thus, the theory is if you have more DHEA it will be converted in to higher levels of testosterone.

This is why is is being considered as a hormone replacement therapy.

However, this does still look to be uncertain and not totally conclusive.

Another ingredient that can theoretically increase testosterone levels is also…

Armistane can in theory increase testosterone levels. The reality is that this theory has never been tested on humans.

Therefore we have no idea how it performs.

There’s a lot of unanswered questions with this product…

Apart from DIM everything else is included because the ‘proof’ and science is based on theory rather than hard evidence.

Armistane has no body of actually research or proof that it increases testosterone levels in humans.

7-Hydroxy Dehydroepiandrosterone does increase DHEA according to the studies. Yet there is nothing mentioned about how this then affected testosterone.

7-hydroxy 17b-dihydro dehydroepiandrosterone is supposed to lower cortisol levels.

I cannot find any reputable studies online that confirms it does lower cortisol.

Unwanted Side Effects

Taking over 600mg daily of DIM may lower Sodium levels in some people. This could be unsafe.

Ensure you keep a note of how much you consume.

7-Hydroxy Dehydroepiandrosterone can have some further, more serious unwanted side effects.

These can include but are not limited to:

  • Hair loss
  • High blood pressure
  • Insomnia
  • Nasal congestion

What Improvements Could Be Made?

There is not enough solid evidence for the included ingredients.

The only reliable ingredient is DIM.

The other ingredients do not have any definite research or scientific studies to prove that testosterone levels in humans are increased.

Thus, this supplement would be more effective if the following proven ingredients were included:

  • D3
  • B12
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • DAA
  • Zinc
  • Vit. C
  • Oyster
  • Creatine
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • Boron

These ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

My Man Sports Nolvadren XT Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

There’s too many unanswered questions.

It doesn’t make sense and it does not benefit the customer to produce a supplement with unproven ingredients.

Then there are lots of proven ingredients missing.

That means if you buy and take this supplement you are taking a gamble, rather than a proven outcome.

Any final words for this review..?

A testosterone booster requires a number of proven ingredients to be effective. This has one.

Thus, you should check out the better options, here.
