Metabolic Nutrition Stimukal Fat Burner Review
Stimukal Fat Burner First Look
Can this fat burner help me lose a bit of belly before going to Spain?
This fat burner from Metabolic Nutrition actually looks trustworthy to me.
Nothing particularly ridiculous or amateurish about it.
It has a very clean, contemporary look to it and the white bottle gives off an air of pharma and medical professionalism.
There’s the odd graphic and type-case which adds a sporty edge which will leave you in no doubt this is to increase your performance.
What can a fat burner really do?
You may well be surprised actually.
The idea that an effective fat burner just magically makes your waist smaller is far from the truth.
However, only the effective fat burners contain a number of ingredients in correct doses that work harmoniously and through a number of outcomes help you lose fat mass, not muscle.
Their benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Increase energy – This will help you be more active and stimulate you for effective workouts
- Thermogenic – These ingredients will increase the temperature of your core which increases calorie expenditure
- Appetite control – The ability to feel fuller and not to fall for sweet, calorie laden treats
As a result I tend to supplement my exercise regime with a fat burner supplement.
I have found Instant Knockout to offer the best results and as a result I try to use that daily.
Stimukal Ingredients: The Science
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
Gives you more energy and boost your metabolism, helping you shed unwanted pounds.
B12 can also treat cellulite.
Ensure you are not deficient in Vitamin B12 so you can do that quick 10 miler at 5am…[1]
BioPerine (Piper nigrum)
The extract of piperine, called BioPerine® in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States. BioPerine® significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption. [2]
Vitamin B6
Using it in its most natural form, pyridoxine, B6 is an essential nutrient to raising the body’s metabolism and aiding the fat burning process. [3]
B3 (Niacin)
Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks. However, the jury is out on these real benefits. [4]
CAPSIMAX (Capsaicin)
The ‘chilli’ in chilli peppers, has thermogenic effects which raise the metabolism to burn more calories. [5]
Huperzine-A
Patients treated with Huperzine showed improvements in their memory, cognitive, and behavioral functions. [6]
Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium)
At present, Citrus aurantium may be the best thermogenic substitute for ephedra. However, more studies are needed to establish this definitively.
Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.
Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.
There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.
Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned. [7] [8]
Chromium
Research suggests that chromium might improve weight loss in some people who are overweight or obese. [9]
This is found in the #1 Fat Burner.
Yohimbe
Related to Yohimbine, this i often found in some of the less reputable fat burner supplements.
Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in our supplements to avoid list.
Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators. [10[ [11] [12]
Theacrine (1,3,7,9-tetramethyluric acid)
An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.
However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea. [13]
Caffeine (1, 3, 7-trimethylxanthine)
Caffeine intake is associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation. [14]
Grains Of Paradise Extract (Aframomum melegueta)
Oral ingestion of GP extract increases energy expenditure. [15]
Coleus forskohlii
Forskolin is a chemical found in the roots of the plant Plectranthus barbatus.
This plant has been used since ancient times to treat heart disorders such as high blood pressure and chest pain (angina).
Coleus is reported to alleviate respiratory disorders such as asthma, it can also assist with reducing fat mass in obese people.
However, no reliable scientific information that shows Coleus forskohlii extracts taken by mouth are effective. [16]
Stimukal Dosage
There’s a 2 pill daily dose as per the instructions.
We are served 1509.5mg of ingredients per day.
This equates to approximately half of what we would find in a good fat burner.
A dose of (4) pills spread out evenly across the day is recommended to ensure a steady trickle of nutrients for your body to work with and is found with the best fat burners on the market.
Pros
There’s 7 effective and beneficial ingredients here which is impressive considering so many products offer zero benefit.
There’s a number of ingredients present that we would find in the best fat burner available.
If they are not directly associated with increasing the metabolism they help increase energy expenditure by giving you the necessary tools to go out and get active to help create that calorie deficit.
Plus the Piper Nigrum is great to ensure your body can utilize all of the nutrients we are providing it.
Cons
We have the much maligned proprietary blend which masks the exact content of the ingredients.
We know the overall mass per serving but it is not broken down ingredient by ingredient for most of it which is contained within the secretive ‘Extreme Energy Enhancing Weight Loss Solution’.
Bit of a mouthful.
Learn more about proprietary blends, here.
Then we are offered a low all round daily dose. Not ideal at all.
Theacrine is too weak to be effective and Coleus has no scientific proof to show it works, nor has Niacin.
Then there’s the potentially harmful Yohimbe and Citrus Aurantium.
Stimukal Side Effects
The biggest danger here is Bitter Orange and Yohimbe.
Both can be potentially dangerous.
Let’s start with Yohimbe:
Yohimbe can have a negative effect on the following areas:
- It can poison an unborn child, do not take if you are pregnant.
- It can cause people to become psychotic.
- It may make prostate problems worse.
- Yohimbe can stop or slow the flow of urine causing kidney issues.
- Can make you anxious.
- It may cause manic like symptoms in people with depression.
Bitter Orange can make the following conditions worse:
- Increase blood pressure
- Cause headaches, fainting and a stroke.
- Increase the risk of heart disease.
- It could give you an irregular heartbeat.
Stimukal Price
At $59.95 the price reflects a better product.

Stimukal Fat Burner Conclusion
There are far better and more effective fat burners on the market that can supplement your exercise and nutritional program.
Do not waste your time and hard earned pay check on Stimukal. .
While on one hand it offers some great, well trodden vitamins and minerals it is then overshadowed by potentially troublesome and life threatening ingredients.
There’s also a lot of unproven ingredients and a low daily dose.
There’s also nine ingredients which doses are hidden in a proprietary blend.
As such, while it can have some benefits, it is not optimal and far from the performance offered by Instant Knockout.
Stimukal Fat Burner Rivals
Let’s see what other best rated natural fat burner supplements are pitched against Stimukal.
Hourglass
Hourglass may scream ‘female fat burner’ to you, and you would be right.
This is directed and marketed at women.
There is nothing wrong with that. I am more concerned with the ingredients, doses and overall effectiveness than a name or branding scheme.
Hourglass is new to the shelves and is making noises for all of the right reasons.
It is darn effective at helping you lose unwanted fat mass.
Check out the new girl on the block and feel the benefits.
PROS
- Contains nine clinically proven ingredients to help stimulate fat loss
- Contains anti-inflammatory ingredients to help prevent chronic disease
- Green tea can help treat cellulite
CONS

Lean Bean
Okay, Lean Bean may look extremely effeminate, and you would be correct. Its color scheme is all directed at women, that said, I love a pink dress shirt.
However, if you look past the pink and the heart logo you will find an effective fat burner that is suitable for both men and women.
This offers some stiff competition that look to take Hourglasses pole position.

It is used by professionals looking to cut fat but stay energized.
