Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

Dose

The advice is to take 4 tablets daily which equates to 1220mg.

Now, overall that is seen as a low dose and less than half of what would be found in a good fat burner.

Effects & Benefits:

These are classed as thermogenics which raise your metabolism and core body heat.

As such more calories are burnt.

However, thing then take a turn for the dastardly worst…

There 3 further ingredients that do nothing at all for fat burning and it makes me question their judgement for including them?

Especially when there are plenty of alternative, proven ingredients that could have been added.

At $39.99 this is about $30 too expensive for what it is. Especially as we do not know the real break down of each ingredient included due to the proprietary blend.
