Sabrina Coates Bikini Model Offers Us A Cheat Recipe

Sabrina Coates’ Recipe

Sabrina is a Cellucor UK ambassador, qualified personal trainer and bikini competition athlete.

We caught up with Sabrina earlier in the year and were really pleased to chat with her and we love following her rise as a bikini competitor.

We thought it was only responsible of us to pick up the phone and get a cheat recipe from her!

As much as we all love chicken, broccoli and brown rice *groan* sometimes it is great to eat something not normally associated with lifting, body building or fitness.

Knowing Sabrina has a very particular workout routine and nutritional plan we were eager to see whether she had a secret recipe for something a little more sinful whilst still not neglecting the gains!

Sabrina is a qualified level 3 personal trainer and had experience formulating diet and workout plans for her clients.

Hi Sabrina, thanks for speaking to us again.

We hope 2016 is treating you well!

We have loved keeping up to date with your training videos on Facebook!

On that note, with training in mind, you must have a recipe for some treats that are not too disruptive to your nutrition and training plan, care to share?

a batch of low carbohydrate protein muffins

Low carbohydrate protein muffins

  • 100g grated courgette
  • 50g grated carrot
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I like to use vanilla)
  • 1tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • 1tbsp peanut butter

Grate courgette and carrot together in a bowl.

Add protein powder, cinnamon and coconut oil.

Mix all together until combined.

Line a muffin tray and add the mixture to the cases.

Bake for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees.

Add peanut butter on top of muffins once warm out the oven and enjoy.

This recipe is for one serving, you can make it in bigger batches for multiple meals.

Thanks again for Sabrina’s time. Check out Sabrina’s Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date with her progress!
