My TNT Test Your Limits Testosterone Booster Review

My TNT Test Your Limits Testosterone Booster Review

First Look

I’m looking at a testosterone booster that demands attention.

It screams and shouts power, force, alpha and explosion.

Obviously the hyped packaging helps this along.

It is made to look like a stick of dynamite to blow away the competition. And, a quick look at the ingredients could suggest that it will do.

For what seems like the first time in weeks, the sun is blazing outside and already the bars and restaurants overlooking the city square are heaving with people eating and drinking outside.

As a Thursday it is very tempting to join them and to hell with the dire consequences at work tomorrow.

However, instead of having a nice alfresco lunch I have just eaten a protein soup mixed in with basmati rice and later today, instead of wobbling around after 11 beers I will be in the gym with my other half.

I am looking to work on my chest and try to recapture or at least get back to my peak of bench pressing 451lbs on the lateral lever press.

However, I am noticing a bit of inflammation in my left shoulder that is an old rugby injury.

This makes it very difficult to make some smooth and steady progress.

However, it is also important to remember that women can enjoy the benefit of a natural test booster, too.

You can read more about that, here.

TNT Test Claims

We are told, quite confidently that each dose is full with effective ingredients in the right measures to be beneficial.

Each ingredient is supposedly clinically proven to ensure hormone activity is optimal and testosterone is high.

TNT Ingredients: The Science

-Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 is a great testosterone boosting vitamin that converts into a hormone when our skin is exposed to sunlight.

Plenty of people are deficient of D3, particularly if they work inside or during the night time.

All good test boosters include vitamin D3, and you can see why if you read some of the articles on this site. [1]

Sarcosine (N-methylglycine)

Sarcosine may be able to help treat symptoms of depression and improve cognitive health.

That said, this could be potentially harmful to our health. This is because it may help increase the risk of cancers. [2]

D-Aspartate, DAA

D-AA is a non-essential amino acid.

But it is essential if you want to build more muscle and have a higher level of natural testosterone.

A daily dose of 2000-3000mg is required for best effects. [4]

DAA is found in the most effective and beneficial testosterone boosters.

You can read more in to the benefits of D-Aspartic Acid supplementation, here.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek offers both testosterone boosting benefits and can help reduce fat, therefore do ensure that it forms part of your supplement stack.  [5] [6]

Zinc

People who are deficient in zinc also have low testosterone.

But, low zinc can also have a negative effect on fat levels, mood and inflammation.

This means zinc is vital for body composition. [7]

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is also required for not only optimal test levels but also many other healthy bodily functions.

Fat loss and hormones depend on a daily dose of B6 because the human body cannot store it. [8]

Magnesium

If you are suffering from a Magnesium deficiency it can affect hormone levels such as testosterone but also be the root of fatigue, weakness and cramp.

Insulin growth hormone is also dependant on a healthy amount of magnesium, so be sure to top up your supplies for maximum growth. [9]

Beta Ecdysterone

Beta Ecdysterone has no effect on body growth, hormones or increase the effectiveness of resistance training when tested. [10]

Phosphatidylserine

At best this may help improve cognitive function in elderly who have previously scored low on memory tests. [11]

5-Methyl-7-Methoxy Isoflavone

Methoxylated flavones seem to reduce inflammation and may reduce cancer cells.

But more information is needed to be absolutely certain of their benefits. [12]

TNT Dose

There’s two servings daily of two tablets.

We would recommend that you have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and less peaks or troughs.

If you get too much of certain ingredients, that what the body doesn’t need at the time will be wasted and you will not feel the benefit.

Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilizing Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.

What the body doesn’t require at the time will let it pass. Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

Each daily servings consists of 3099mg which is around the 3000mg that we are accustomed to and found in the better test boosters.

Pros

There’s a good number of ingredients included in this natural testosterone booster and there’s full transparency of the doses which fills me with confidence.

D3 is good for not only raising test levels but can help against bone fractures and help improve cognitive function.

We can’t always get enough D3 from sunlight, therefore, some governments around the world encourage and advise the use of a D3 supplement.

DAA is a great and well established proven testosterone stimulating ingredient that is found in the best performing test boosters. DAA is imperative if you wish to naturally increase hormone production.

Fenugreek is another ingredient that is important for testosterone secretion. More Fenugreek means more test.

ZMA is the combination of Zinc, Magnesium and B6.

Each ingredient has been shown to be important for male sex hormones as well as combating fatigue, weakness, cramps and controlling estrogen.

Phosphatidylserine appears to improve memory function, although this seems to only be beneficial in older people which limits its use a little.

Cons

This did seem to look more beneficial at a first glance, rather than when we delve closer.

And, it is not that this omits any good ingredients because there’s a good number of them included as we have seen.

However, there are a few ingredients here that are a bit out of place and do not benefit from any studies that are proven to help stimulate testosterone production nor conclusively offer other benefits.

These are:

  • Beta Ecdysterone
  • 5-Methyl-7-Methoxy Isoflavone
  • Sarcosine

While there are supposed benefits and positive effects, the effects are still unclear.

Sarcosine is a prime example of this.

It is supposed to alleviate the symptoms of depression and even schizophrenia, however, on the flip side it may contribute to the spread of cancer.

Then, there’s a bit of an issue with two of the very significant ingredients: D3 and DAA.

Both are under dosed when compared to supplements such as TestoFuel and DAA is to under dosed to actually be effective.

My TNT Test Your Limits Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

So, what is the problem with this test booster?

Well, theoretically this is not a bad effort.

However, when we start to look more closely and with a thorough analysis little holes start to show.

There are three ingredients that offer no concrete evidence for their effectiveness to help with either increasing natural test or any overall health benefit.

Then, two of the seven effective and proven ingredients are in doses that are low in comparison to other highly rated test boosters or just too low to even have any benefit.

Not to mention including one ingredient that may contribute towards cancer.

There are also a few other ingredients that would have benefited this supplement which were omitted.

The additional ingredients that are clinically proven to increase testosterone levels such as the following would have been great additions:

  • K2
  • Vitamin C
  • Oyster
  • Ginseng
  • Vitamin E

Any final words for this review..?

A nice effort, however, a few issues have held this back.

However, at present, you should check out what the better options, here.
