ALPHA FUEL XT TESTOSTERONE BOOSTER REVIEW
First Look:
I have never heard of Science Alpha, but one thing is for sure, it aint aimed at women. It’s all dark and moody with a hint of Scientology behind it. May be this is produced by aliens with masses of testosterone, or even a vial of Tom Cruises blood. Doubt it though, not at this price anyway.
For our in-depth ingredients guide checkout:
– Our best & worst testosterone booster ingredients –
Ingredients:
Zinc – This mineral is great for boosting testosterone, it is necessary for reactions in your brain and promotes the production of both testosterone and growth hormone. The amount here is about half of that found in a good ZMA product.

Magnesium – By binding testosterone with protein in your bloodstream it allows far great circulation of the male hormone around your body to then be effective.

However, we are now punished for our wickedly sins with a proprietary blend which means we are not entirely sure of the ingredient profile breakdown:
Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent. However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.

Nettle – Good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone.

Tribulus – Once marveled, now known to have no effect on testosterone levels, by now supplement manufacturers should really let go. Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

Ashwaganda – Studies have shown that treatment with Ashwagandha root extract resulted in a higher level of testosterone and a concomitant increase in serum levels of LH among infertile men having sub-optimal testosterone levels. It’s difficult to see if the same result would be found with guys who do not have any fertility issues. So the question is, are you infertile? If you’ve been banging your missus (or even your mistress, we shouldn’t be even talking if you have smashed your sister) unprotected and have miraculously not had a sprog you probably are infertile…sorry to break that to you, bro.

DIM (Diindolylmethane) – Diindolylmethane appears to promote a healthy balance of testosterone in the body and is found in vegetables such as broccoli.

BioPerine – The extract of piperine, called BioPerine® in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States. BioPerine® significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

Avena Sativa (Oat) – This is a type of oat that has been seen to raise luteinzing hormones in the body, which are a precursor to testosterone and growth hormone. Not a great deal of real, heavy evidence if anything at all but the hallmarks of something good are there. A bit of a gamble. In plenty of T-Boosters that do not work.
Velvet Bean (Macuna Pruriens) – This is actually good for treating people with Parkinsons. There’s a mixed bag of results for testosterone but look mainly positive. Results have shown an increase in testosterone levels in infertile men, however, results are very limited for fertile men. It is effective to reduce cortisol levels – high stress levels can harm testosterone production.

Dose:
2 capsules per day – this amounts to a horrifically inadequate 690mg of ingredients daily, I think this is the lowest content we have reviewed in a testosterone booster, there’s way more than that of (proven) D-Aspartic Acid in TestoFuel alone! 2 pills isn’t any good either, a dose of 4 pills per day is better to avoid peaks and troughs of the little amount of ingredients to take full effect. This product also advises taking the two capsules at once with a meal rather than space the dose our equally. Ridiculous.

Effects:
There’s 690mg of ingredients here, however, 655mg is in a woeful proprietary blend. So what do we have in this largely ineffectual low dose that will help trigger more testosterone?
There are 5 ingredients from the list of 10 that could help with testosterone production, 2 of this 5 are known to help. So that is 20% solid with proof and 30% which looks like it could do but not nailed down just yet. They’re pretty poor numbers. Would you buy a house that only 20% of the roof definitely stop rain leaking in, 30% that does depending on how heavy the rain is and the remaining 50% that has the roof made of paper? No.
Negatives:
2 solid ingredients from 10, the other 3 has some sort of positive evidence behind them but not entirely conclusive. The daily dose is absolutely criminal too, I literally cannot believe they are charging $47.73 for this, it is scandalous. Even the Magnesium and Zinc is pretty low dosed, much less than found in a ZMA product so it is going to be much less effective.
It is worth reiterating that in our top 3 rated testosterone boosters they have around 8 solid ingredients which all have proof backing their usefulness and they will contain more D-Aspartic Acid than this product has in it, period.
Conclusion:
Avoid this at all costs, with an inadequate amount of ingredients, the proprietary blend, only 2 worthwhile ingredients, the exorbitant price, tribulus and other unproven ingredients means this is about as effective as pissing on a forest fire.
