First Look:

This is a very luxurious looking product. Akin to a high end cologne this will attract the guys with plenty of spare cash; will a fool and his money be easy parted?  Let’s find out whether this has the minerals required to stimulate masses of testosterone.

Take a look at our Top 3 boosters for something effective.

Ingredients:

TRIB

proprietary blend

3,3′-Diindolylmethane (DIM) – A compound derived from the digestion of indole-3-carbinol, found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale. DIM can prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster, but it will only raise testosterone levels if the user is deficient in zinc. Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels. It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 helps testosterone levels by stimulating androgen (a steroid hormone that acts as a precursor for testosterone) receptors in your body, making your testes produce testosterone.

Fenugreek – Fenugreek is a proven ingredient as found in our #3 Testosterone Booster, Testo+ and our benchmark product; Testofuel.

Maca – Although this may increase libido and mood it does nothing for testosterone production at all. You can read more about this and other ingredients that do not work here.

Vitamin D3 – Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone production is increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation. Read more of the benefits here.

Tongkat Ali – Eurycoma (LongJack) is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent. However, there is a lack of evidence for testosterone boosting in humans, although some very limited evidence in animals.

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction. It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3551978/

Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.  The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.  The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.

Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

BioPerine (Piper nigrum)The extract of piperine, called BioPerine®  in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States. BioPerine®  significantly enhances the bioavailability of various supplement nutrients through increased absorption.

– Our best & worst testosterone booster ingredients –

Dose:

There is a 3 pills per day recommended dose although we are instructed to take them all at once. We prefer 4 pills spread across the day to evenly spread the nutrients out and prevent massive peaks and troughs. 4 pills are the doses of our benchmark products. A daily serving is a measly 796.53mg.

Effects:

We’ve got some great ingredients here which makes a change from all of the crap we generally see on the market. Vitamin D3, Zinc and B6 are brilliant. So is DIM and Fenugreek; the Bioperine is great for availability of the nutrients

However, that still leaves us with Maca, Eurycoma, Tribulus and Epimedium which are little to be desired in the testosterone boosting stakes.

Negatives:

This is so low dosed it really isn’t going to have much effect at all on anyone. This is very disappointing in that regard. In fact it is about one quarter of the daily dose found in the best testosterone boosters.

Again, more issues come to light with most of the ingredients falling within a proprietary blend. A proprietary blend essentially hides the exact amount of each ingredient. The problem is, fenugreek and DIM fall within the blend, we have no idea what amounts are present which causes a problem. The D3 is reassuringly not in the blend but isn’t particularly well dosed at just 1500IU.

That combined with the plethora of ineffective ingredients doesn’t bode too well.

It is worth reiterating that in our top 3 rated testosterone boosters they have around 8 solid ingredients which all have proof backing their usefulness and it is the same with fat burner’s too.

I almost forgot to add that this product retails for $199.99!  What the actual fuck?! I literally cannot begin to get my head around that figure. There are products which are so much better for nearly a quarter of the price.

Conclusion:

It just fails at pretty much every account. The decent ingredients are let down by a woefully low daily dose of less than 1000mg, bear in mind that anything worth our money is over 3 times that amount for less than 3 times the cost.

The few good ingredients offer a modicum of confidence but with some of them falling foul of the proprietary blend that trust is lost again. Items that are unproven as well as absolutely proven not to work are just scandalous and reeks of money grabbing minus any real research.
