AI Sports HGH Pro Testosterone Booster Review // Is It A Useful PCT?

AI Sports HGH Pro Testosterone Booster Review // Is It A Useful PCT?

AI Sports HGH Pro Testosterone Booster First Look:

I have reviewed a number of products from AI Sports and they have offered mixed results, however, more often than not the results have been below par.

Be it a problem with a proprietary blend or just ineffective ingredients.

This does look very similar in the design stakes. The label looks like some sort of acid cloud trip and a bit abstract but I am a fan of the clear bottle so you can see the contents – an often overlook feature.

Ingredients:

Vitamin C – Its antioxidant properties mean vitamin C provides neuroprotective effects and benefits for blood flow. By protecting the testes from oxidative stress, vitamin C can also preserve testosterone levels.

Alpha-GPC – Appears to have cognitive-enhancing properties but there’s no human evidence exists to support this in otherwise-healthy youth, yet it does have support in rodents. In regards to reducing the rate of cognitive decline, at high doses (1,200 mg) does appear to be somewhat effective in mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease.

Zinc – Needed for many reactions in the brain and a key component for releasing the luteinzing hormone (LH). LH is primarily responsible for the production of testosterone and growth hormone. The fact that it’s in here is great. Zinc is found in everyone of our Top 3 T-Boosters

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat. One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese. Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect.

Gamma Aminobutyric Acid – GABA is used under the tongue for increasing the sense of well-being, relieving injuries, improving exercise tolerance, decreasing body fat, and increasing lean body weight. However, there is not enough evidence to proof that it can fulfill these claims.

Velvet Bean (Macuna Pruriens) – This is actually good for treating people with Parkinsons. There’s a mixed bag of results for testosterone but look mainly positive. Results have shown an increase in testosterone levels in infertile men, however, results are very limited for fertile men.

It is effective to reduce cortisol levels – high stress levels can harm testosterone production.

Primavie (Shilajit Extract) – This is a fulvic acid found in the Himalayas. Actual medical research is low, it has been banded around for years in the East though.

It seems it can help boost the immune system, fend off lethargy and also assist with altitude sickness.

It seems there is no harm in taking it and it seems to have a fair amount of benefits, and has been noted to increasing testosterone levels in infertile men but as there has only been one human study it is unsure whether it will increase testosterone levels in fertile men.

On other thing to note is that there is a warning in place for shilijat due to the amount of additives being added to supplements and in some cases metals have been found, as such sales are now banned in Canada due to concerns.

Vitamin B6 – Vitamin B6 helps testosterone levels by stimulating androgen (a steroid hormone that acts as a precursor for testosterone) receptors in your body, making your testes produce testosterone.

Dose:

We are instructed to take 4 pills daily which is about right.

It would be best just to spread the 4 over the course of the day from the start to ensure your body gets a constant source of nutrients to stimulate testosterone production as with the best testosterone boosters.

A daily dose of 4 pills is a below average 1600mg.

Effects & Benefits:

What testosterone boosting ingredients are here?

Well, we actually have 4 present.

B6 is found in all of the best testosterone boosters along with Zinc.

Vitamin C is also useful to have and an help preserve testosterone levels.

Then Macuna Pruriens can reduce cortisol levels. High levels of cortisol can inhibit testosterone production.

We have Green Tea which is a well known fat burner ingredient.

Negatives:

This a proprietary blend – we would advise against buying anything that consists of a proprietary blend because you just do not know the exact ingredient breakdown.

It is also under-dosed compared to its contemporaries – approximately by 50%.

While Alpha-GPC can be beneficial if you are older, however, it is well under-dosed to be effective in humans.

Shilajit is also potentially harmful due to the amount of additives, as such Canada have banned sales of it. Although it was never really conclusive if it could help raise testosterone levels.

GABA seems to have no truth behind the claims.

AI Sports HGH Pro Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

It scores low on the lack of overall ingredients and the darned proprietary blend!

Not to mention the 3 either irrelevant or ineffective ingredients.

Yet we do have 4 good ingredients that could potentially help to increase our natural production.

However, we just do not know if the provided doses are adequate for each.

There’s much better on the market than this.
