Iron Addicts Will Power Fat Burner Review // Will C.T Fletcher Shout At Me?

Iron Addicts Will Power Fat Burner

First Look:

If you are just looking to lose body fat there are many options on the market, too many to even comprehend.

But this looks a little less like many fat burner products on the market, and there’s a man behind the efforts.

If you are interested in lifting weights, use social media and general like the whole scene, then you are sure to have heard about the shouty Mutha Fucka known as C.T. Fletcher.

He has a beard, he wear a beanie and he shouts at people because he is quite frankly Mutha Fuckin’ massive.

He will call everyone a Mutha Fucka too as a way to inspire people. Just like that crazy drunk at the bar will to inspire you to get in to a brawl at 3am.

C.T Fletcher’s background is quite interesting and from his love of what stemmed originally from Martial Arts to bodybuilding, then power lifting has spawned a gym called Iron Addicts.

Due to the power of social media, Iron Addicts and C.T Fletcher has gained a huge following so the natural progression is to go in to supps.

It is interesting to note that C.T Fletcher does claim to be drug free.

So let’s see if this fat burner really is something he would use or just another revenue stream?

TL:DR – Video Review

Who Are Iron Addicts?

Iron Addicts is essentially a gym who was brought to us by C.T Fletcher.

C.T Fletcher is a social media sensation who takes no crap and motivates people to lift more, naturally alongside this online presence and his brick and mortar gym he needs a range of products that reflect his hard working ethos.

C.T has recently been in the news regarding his ill health but now seems to be back on the game like a phoenix rising from the ashes.

What does this supplement do?

This is a ‘bad ass’ fat burner that is formulated to increase energy, focus and metabolism.

Let’s see if it does the trick…

Ingredients: The Science

button-4

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits.

Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Choline BiTartrate – Choline is mostly used for either its cognitive boosting properties or as a liver health agent, able to reduce fatty liver buildup.

It may also be a stimulant although this is based on anecdote.

Requires around 250-500mg per day for cognitive benefits.

Choline does not offer any significant benefits for aerobic capacity, fatigue or training capacity.

Caffeine Anhydrous – The purest form of caffeine available.

This compliments the green tea.

It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

This is found in Instant Knockout which we massively rate.

Theacrine (1,3,7,9-tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.

However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.

Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

Rauwolscine – Highly stimulatory and may also be mood-elevating.

Not enough info is known for an active oral dose but approximately 15mg in combination with other fat loss supplements.

Very similar to yohimbine, it alleviates pressures the body exerts to preserve fat mass.

Eria Jarensis Extract – Touted as the next big thing, however, there are no supporting studies available to support this claim.

The only information about this plant extract is available on websites whereby they have an interest in making it sound great because that would lead to sales.

2-AMINOISOHEPTANE DMHA Octodrine – This seems to be the industry’s reaction to the widespread banning of DMAA.

However, due to its fairly recent emergence on the supplement scene there is very little in terms of human studies or effects.

It is a stimulant which was briefly studies in the 1950’s but seemed them seemed to disappear.

However, in 2015 it re-emerged as a possible therapy for Candida albicans which is a fungal inflection.

Dose

The advice is to take up to 2 caps daily.

This provides a maximum of 2253mg per day which isn’t the greatest

We would recommend a dose of the caps to be taken evenly throughout the day to minimize large peaks and troughs of the nutrients to be utilized by your body as with the best products.

Pros:

The use of Green Tea and Caffeine are all featured in the best fat burner available at the moment.

Choline can be found in nootropic at this is dosed correctly, however, in terms of any athletic benefit, this doesn’t work.

Rauwolscine could potentially work to help weight loss but it seems that little is known about its oral bio-availability and studies do seem to suggest a higher dose than found with this product.

It is an effective simulator but again, how effective it is from oral administration is unknown.

button-3

Cons:

The overall daily dose is not competitive compared to other effective fat burners on the market.

Then we have the uncertainty of Rauwolscine and its real word effectiveness.

Not to mention the real lack of proper, scientific studies surrounding Eria Jarensis unless of course it is merely going to benefit sales.

Plus, the re-emergence of DMHA after what is over half a century.

The problem with this is that the only studies available are going to be by yourself, on yourself.

You will be the guinea pig as there isn’t really anything out there to measure and explain the results.

The main issue though is the lack of other ingredients.

The best and most effective fat burners all contain around 8 ingredients that are all trialed, tested and proven to help fight against unwanted fat.

Iron Addicts Will Power Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

It scores okay because of Caffeine and Green Tea, plus the cognitive benefits of Choline.

However, it is certainly held back by ingredients that are under researched if at all. Notwithstanding a dose that is mediocre.

This does also omit so many good, well researched ingredients too which is also a contributor to the mediocre score.

Overall, it is pretty mediocre.
