AlphaMAN XL Testosterone Booster Review

AlphaMAN XL Testosterone Booster Review

AlphaMAN XL Testosterone Booster First Look:

So my first rugby game in about 3 months went well…sort of.

I scored a try and managed to get concussed. I’m also feeling like 15 people had decided to trample all of me, which them did.

To say I can barely move today would be an understatement. I can barely exist.

This is part of the problem I face. It will take me until Thursday until I am not feeling disabled and that is too long to leave it before I do any weights.

Therefore, they almost become left as an afterthought, this is especially true of my legs which are absolutely killing me.

The problem is, if you do not perform squats or dead lifts you are missing out on free secretion of testosterone.

So, in order to try and not miss out on this valuable resource a decent testosterone booster can help.

AlphaMAX XL promises us that within this plastic bottle there is a an ultimate test boosting formula.

Just by looking at it I cannot tell which way this is going to go.

Ingredients: The Science

L-Arginine – This is found in many pre workout supplements or products designed to make you more vascular.

L-Arginine opens up the blood vessels and arteries to assist with blood flow, nothing really to do with testosterone but may assist with any impotency issues that are not helping you attain that hot chick in the gym who is 15 years your junior.

Polypodium Vulgare – There’s a real lack of research and evidence surrounding this common fern leaf unless it is from the websites of companies trying to sell it virtues.

Muira Puama – Again there’s no real scholarly studies or evidence available from reliable sources that would suggest that this stimulates testosterone production.

This may help with improving sexual function when combined with Ginkgo but other than that there’s not much to go on.

Velvet Bean (Macuna Pruriens) – This is actually good for treating people with Parkinsons. There’s a mixed bag of results for testosterone but look mainly positive.

Results have shown an increase in testosterone levels in infertile men, however, results are very limited for fertile men. It is effective to reduce cortisol levels – high stress levels can harm testosterone production.

Panex Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched. There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased, however, although there is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men there is also evidence contradictory evidence also.

Maca Root – This Peruvian strain of ginseng is great for lifting libido and mood, however, when it comes to raising testosterone levels it has no effect at all. No significant influences on testosterone in any tested demographic I’m afraid.

Horny Goat Weed – Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction. It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false. It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Yohimbe – Related to Yohimbine, Yohimbe is a powerful stimulant and used to increase fat loss as well as assist with erectile dysfunction. Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in our supplements to avoid list.

Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators.

2 pills per day which equates to a not to impressive 1560mg per day.

It is better to have more doses throughout the day to ensure you body has a continued trickle of testosterone stimulating ingredients as per the best T boosters.

Not a great deal is of testosterone boosting prowess is offered by this product.

Not enough to skip leg day on a regular basis anyway.

There’s a couple of ingredients present that can assist infertile men with stimulating more testosterone.

Yohimbe is actually a very strong stimulant that can help with fat loss and it can help with erections.

In fact Maca and Horny Goat Weed may be able to assist with any erection problems, Arginine can help blood flow too.

There is a low daily dose, less than half of what is found in a good, well researched testosterone booster.

It would also be better to see 4 pills per day so the dose is spread out more evenly allowing the dbody to receive a constant trickle throughout the day.

Yohimbe is potentially quite dangerous and supplements containing Yohimbe should be avoided, you can read more about it here.

There’s a couple of ingredients available to help with testosterone stimulation in infertile men, but nothing for fertile gents.

Just bare in mind that only 12% of men globally are considered infertile, and that is a generous estimate by the World Heath Organization.

This is missing practically every ‘go to’ natural testosterone boosting ingredient there is available.

Basics such as Magnesium, B6, B12, D3 and D-AA are nowhere to be seen here.

AlphaMAN XL Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

So this can help with erections, it has a number of ingredients that may assist you.

However, to increase testosterone levels this is not even touching the sides.

With just 1 reliable ingredient that can help with both fertile and infertile men this should not be considered.

Especially when there are natural T BOOSTERS available with 8, 9 or even more solid, and proven ingredients that will help with testosterone levels.

With a higher level of testosterone you will reap much more benefits that just increased blood flow for an erection.
