My ANDRO SURGE Natural Test Booster Review
My ANDRO SURGE Natural Test Booster Review First Look:
I feel skinny, but not that toned skinny with muscles visible, the un-toned, fat kind of skinny that Conor McGregor accused Nate Diaz of looking…just before he lost out to Nate.
So, I could take that as a positive…
However, no, it is not what I am used to.
I need to have a bit of bulk on me, as such, tonight will be deadlift night.
Due to wanting to get back to the weight I was once lifting I have been taking testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel with great results.
So I am always keen to see what other testosterone booster supplements are out in the market and how effective they can be.
Especially when we must also understand that having a healthy natural test levels are not just about getting jacked.
A reduction in testosterone can lead to the following problems:
- Loss of muscle mass
- Loss of strength
- Increased risk of osteoporosis
- A change in mood and outlook on life
- Increase of fat mass
- Reduced energy levels
- Loss of libido
There are some way to combat this, and resistance training or weightlifting is helpful, particularly if compound exercises are employed.
Seeing as I am interested in weight lifting and trying to increase my strength it is of a double concern that my testosterone levels are maintained at a high level.
This particular natural test booster ranks high on Amazon’s sales figures, plus after scouring a few forums I am eager to see if this has the ability be a #1 contender as per the
Ingredients: The Science
DIM (Diindolylmethane) – Diindolylmethane appears to promote a healthy balance of testosterone in the body and is found in vegetables such as broccoli.
Cruciferous vegetables which contain high levels of DIM such as broccoli are eaten by many professional athletes such as rugby league players for their benefits.
Grape Seed Extract (Vitis Vinifera) – Grapes, or the chemicals within them, especially oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes (OPCs), have been touted as powerful antioxidants yet in humans there is a real lack of clear evidence that there are any real benefits.
Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.
Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.
It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues Which is why it is found in effective test boosters like TestoFuel.
Vitamin D – D3 is a great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.
However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.
Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.
Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.
Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.
Black Pepper / Piper Nigrum (BioPerine) – The extract of piperine, called BioPerine® in the patented form, has been clinically tested in the United States.
Up to two doses of one capsule per day. That is not the best dosing strategy.
However, we would recommend that you have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.
This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone.
Each daily servings consists of 1079mg which is not as much that is provided by the better testosterone boosters.
This natural test booster offers four beneficial ingredients, yet only two will increase testosterone production.
Both D3 and Zinc are found in the best T boosters.
This is because they are both proven to help increase your natural production of testosterone.
DIM can help regulate the levels of estrogen, so in effect this paves the way for testosterone.
Therefore, while not directly increase test levels, it does have a positive effect.
Rhodiola doesn’t have anything to do with test. However, it does offer cognitive enhancement, so definitely worth a shout out.
BioPerine helps your body absorb the nutrients better.
If we break this down, only three ingredients actually offer testosterone benefits.
That is not a great success rate.
Then overall, this is a very low daily dose and a poor dosing strategy.
The benefits of Eurycoma and Grape are not entirely conclusive, so not a brilliant inclusion.
My ANDRO SURGE Natural Test Booster Review Conclusion:
I find it hard to understand why this would be such a strong selling product in amazon when there are so many faults and issues.
There’s only three ingredients included that can have a positive effect on natural test levels, yet the doses are so low that it barely make a difference.
This is a supplement that is devoid of many of the proven and often used ingredients that are clinical reliable to increase testosterone levels such as:
- Vit. C
As a result, I do not believe the hype I read across forums – people do not do enough research in to these matters and tend to buy based upon bottle imagery.
