BodyStrong Body Fit Natural Fat Burner Review

BodyStrong Body Fit Fat Burner First Look:

Time and time again we come across products that seem to have forgotten about marketing and good design.

Essentially, in many cases people buy based upon what they see, not necessarily the content.

It is the same for many products, even houses.

How many times does a car sell well based on looks alone rather than overall performance or reliability?

How about property? Many people would jump at the chance to own a lovely old stately manor and to hell with the old wiring, plumbing and rising damp issues.

Even your mom cleans the house before guests so it looks more presentable even though you could be living in shit for most of the time.

This fat burner, as with many supplements are missing out on sales based alone on the bland bottle and label.

Rightly or wrongly this is the case.

However, we are here to see whether the content is good or not so you don’t have to go through the research yourself.

Ingredients

Kola (Centella asiatica) – A legendary plant in China and Indonesia that as been used for many ailments, and may be good for syphilis, however, nothing to do with reducing fat.

Taurine – It has been touted that Taurine can help mental performance. Early clinical research suggested that taurine, in combination with caffeine, glucuronolactone, and B vitamins, can improve attention and reasoning in adolescents, but does not improve memory.

However, there is insufficient evidence to prove this is always the case.

Eleutherococcus Senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) – Whilst there is evidence that this can actually help treat herpes and reduce the severity of cold and flu, there is very little solid evidence to reliably suggest this helps increase testosterone or increase strength.

Iodine – Iodine is an essential component of the thyroid hormone which regulates many important biochemical reactions, including protein synthesis and enzymatic activity, and are critical determinants of metabolic activity.

Vitamin B6 – Comprising three chemically distinct compounds pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is involved in the regulation of mental function and mood.

Vitamin B6 is also an essential homocysteine re-methylation cofactor, and deficiency is associated with increase in blood homocysteine levels. Homocysteine is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease and may also have directly toxic effects on neurons of the central nervous system.

Neuropsychiatric disorders including seizures, migraine, chronic pain and depression have been linked to vitamin B6 deficiency.

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese. Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Paullinia Cupana (AKA Guarana) – Studies note that 75mg guarana (9mg caffeine) was able to enhance cognitive scores related to memory and reaction time with a subsequent dose-response study noting that 75mg was more effective than higher (150-300mg) and lower (37.5mg) doses.

Vitamin B12 – B12 fights fatigue, muscle wastage, boosts mood, cognition and is vital to many bodily functions including metabolism and food digestion.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Chromium – Chromium supplements are promoted as being helpful in building muscle and burning fat and in helping the body use carbohydrates. This has not been proven and features in our list of ingredients to avoid.

Panex (Korean) Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched. There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased, however, although there is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men there is also evidence contradictory evidence also.

Dose

The advice is to take up to 2 capsules twice daily with food.

We are offered 3200mg per day which is a good amount and up there with the best fat burner’s.

Effects & Benefits:

As the research suggests, only 4 ingredients are effective to help shift those extra pounds of unwanted weight.

We have 2 cognitive ingredients that can help with attention and memory, however, if you are looking to improve overall cognitive performance you need to take a look at these nootropics.

button-3

Negatives:

The main issue here with this product is the lack of other ingredients. The best and most effective fat burners all contain around 8 ingredients that are all trialed, tested and proven to help fight against unwanted fat.

Of the 4 ingredients that are effective, 2 of which are within a proprietary blend.

This means that we are not provided with the exact amount per ingredient so it cold be merely a trace or 1 mg and the rest being bulked with a undisclosed agent.

This means we are only aware of 640mg of the combined 3200mg. That’s 2560mg that could be mainly bulking agent.

It is best to avoid any supplement that has a proprietary blend.

BodyStrong Body Fit Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

The 4 ingredients that are useful are great and found in some of the best fat burner’s on the market.

However, we are then plied with many other ingredients that offer no to little benefit when looking to shred.

That coupled with a proprietary blend and a steep $54 price means that this is probably a fat burning supplement you are best avoiding.
