My BPI Sports Nite Burn Fat Cutter Review
My BPI Sports Nite Burn Fat Cutter Review First Look:
With the start of 2018 finally here, and my hangover still dragging on what a better time to look at some fat cutting supplements?
I have a vacation in just over a months time and having spent most of January the 1st in bed moaning to myself wondering if it was all worth the pain, I couldn’t help but take a closer inspection at a fat cutter that supposedly helps melt away fat during our sleep.
Now, this would be everyone’s dream, right?
We sleep and get ripped.
Well, this evening will be the first time I will hit the gym in what seems like an eternity, I have some new 55lbs/25kg plates to utilize and get jacked.
This year is going to see a more focused line of progression for my lifts. I want less time off injured and more time on my bike and in the weights room.
I also pent a lot of time eating packed sandwiches from the store when at work, I now want to maintain my previous diet of rice, tuna and chilli sauce.
However, after sleeping for about 10 hours last night, I feel there could well have been a missed opportunity having not been able to cut fat during the time I spent dribbling over my pillow.
Now, over the summer I was quite well behaved and up until recently have managed to stick to a fairly strict regime of heavy weightlifting, cycling to work and back which consists of a 14 mile round trip plus trying to eat clean (weekends not included) as well as incorporate the correct supplements such as Instant Knockout which is a fat burner that includes proven ingredients for fat reduction.
This regime has been fragmented to say the least. I am cycling perhaps only for two days per week and my lunch of rice and tuna has dwindled as I have bought sandwiches and I have run out of Instant Knockout.
So, looking across the wide spectrum of supplements I found one that is associated with sleep.
Now, we all love sleep, don’t we?
So a fat cutter and a one that works while I am asleep sounds like heaven.
Also remember, we secrete the most growth hormone when we sleep too, this helps with our muscle building goals too.
Ingredients: The Science
Vitamin D
D3 is a great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.
However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.
Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.
Vitamin D also increase insulin human growth hormone too.

There’s a plenty of articles I have written covering the benefits of D3 you can read about, here, here and here.
Rasberry Ketone
Whilst touted as a miracle weight loss supplement and sometimes for lean muscle mass it is important to keep in mind that there is no reliable scientific evidence that it improves weight loss when taken by people.

Phaseolus Vulgaris (White Kidney Bean)
Analysis revealed a statistically non-significant difference in weight loss between P. vulgaris and placebo groups. It doesn’t work.

Green Coffee Bean
Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted.
These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.
For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism.
This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)
Full of vitamins but not a great deal of human research to suggest that it can suppress appetite or lower blood sugar levels.

L-tryptophan
An essential amino acid. Is a precursor for the product of serotonin, which is a chemical transmitter in the brain and serotonin can help reduce appetite.
https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/L-tryptophan
Saffron (Crocus sativus)
Studies show that saffron, at the recommended dose, has antidepressant properties.
Saffron’s side effects, like reduced snacking and an elevated mood, could be the result of increased serotonin secretion.
Saffron does not have a high margin of safety, so care should be taken during supplementation.
The standard daily dose is 30mg, used for up to eight weeks. It is possible that even double the dose could result in harm to the body.

Melatonin
This is produced by your pineal gland and helps control your natural sleeping pattern.
More melatonin is produced in the early evening and is maintained at a high level throughout the night.

Dose:
I pill to be taken with water.
We prefer at least 4 pills or servings spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.
The daily dose of 640.02mg is very low compared to many fat burners on the market, particularly those found in our top 3.
Pros:
Vitamin D is great for increase insulin human growth hormone and testosterone which is brilliant for muscle building, plus higher levels of testosterone do help reduce fat – this is true for both men and women.
Green Coffee bean is found in effective fat burners such as Instant Knockout, this is because the caffeine and chlorogenic acid helps raise body temperature which in turn increases metabolism.
Saffron seems to increase the release of serotonin, this is a chemical released by the brain which increases feelings of well being and also suppresses the appetite.
This can be the case for L-tryptophan which can contribute to serotonin release.
Melatonin is able to assist with sleep.
Cons:
There’s a few problems with this fat cutting supplement.
There’s only one ingredient that can actually help with fat cutting or weight loss.
That is Green Coffee. This actually raises the metabolism and as such, burns more calories.
Yet, this is also caffeinated and will may then cause trouble if you are wanting to get to sleep, which you will be wanting to considering you are looking to buy a sleep aid fat burner.
Vitamin D can help increase testosterone levels which then contribute to weight loss but I would prefer further ingredients that were directly associated with increased calorie expenditure.
Dandelion, White Kidney and Raspberry Ketones have no body of proof to explain how they are associated with weight loss or increased metabolism.
Not only that, but apart from the dose of vitamin D3 which we know is 1200iu, the rest falls within a proprietary blend of just 640mg.
That means we have no idea how much of each individual ingredient is actually included.
Now, this can cause an issue when it comes to Saffron as this is extremely dose sensitive, any more than 30mg could be dangerous.
However, on the flipside, legally, it could just be trace amounts and a lot of bulking agent.
As a fat burner, it is not going to be as effective as many of the other products on the market which offer a more complete ingredient profile such as Instant Knockout.
My BPI Sports Nite Burn Fat Cutter Review Conclusion:
This does not offer much as a fat cutter supplement.
There’s just one direct ingredients included that offer or help to provide direct weight loss by increasing calorie expenditure.
There’s the much lauded vitamin D3 which is good to see and the appetite suppressant offered by Saffron and possibly L-tryptophan.
However, to upset the apple cart, all of this is combined within a secretive proprietary blend apart from the D3.
Now, we are not fans of products that contain proprietary blends because we have no idea of the content per each included ingredient.
This is particularly important when there’s ingredients such as Saffron included as it can be dangerous in higher doses than 30mg.
And, while the Green Coffee is good to increasing the metabolism, it also contains caffeine which may cause havoc if this is to be taken, as instructed, just before bedtime.
Hopefully the Melatonin will be able to offset this.
Then the daily dose is not particularly high when compared to other fat burners, however, the fact that is that there are also other missing key ingredients that would really help with burning more calories such as:
- B12
- B6
- Zinc
- Glucomannan
- Chromium
- Cayenne
- Green Tea
- Caffeine
Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions which hold no artery risk and are laden with proven ingredients.
