GENERIX Laboratories LLC BiphedAdrene Fat Burner Review

GENERIX Laboratories LLC BiphedAdrene Fat Burner Review

GENERIX Laboratories LLC BiphedAdrene Fat Burner First Look:

I love the look of this.

I think the color scheme is great. It is attention grabbing without being tacky or ridiculous. It even looks like a high end product.

The design is almost there with something that looks like a prescription drug, but due to the vivid pink and yellow it just about adds a bit of excitement to the overall packaging.

We are promised that it is an aggressive thermogenic compound so we would lie to see just how aggressive it is.

Ingredients

button-4

Niacinamide (Vit B3) –  Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks and maybe symptoms for Alzheimer’s . However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Caffeine (1, 3, 7-trimethylxanthine) – Caffeine intake is associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation.

Damiana – This has seen to sexually invigorate rat test subjects. Evidence on Damiana Leaf is lacklustre. Not too many studies have been conducted on it.

Chlorella Vulgaris – Chlorella is a good source of protein, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. The cell wall of chlorella must be broken down before people can digest it.

There isn’t much evidence to prove that Chlorella is any good at any of the uses people use it for.

Phenylethylamine (PEA) –  Limited supplemental usage due to being rapidly broken down into inactive components.

β-Methylphenethylamine – 1-amino-2-phenylpropane, is an organic compound of the phenethylamine class, and a positional isomer of the drug amphetamine, with which it shares some properties.

It is classified as a doping agent by the World Anti-Doping Agency as it is a positional isomer of amphetamine.

Theobromine – Theobromine can reduce sleepiness and in large quantities produces a jittery sensation.

Yerba Mate (Ilex paraguariensis) – Shown to be hypocholesterolemic, hepatoprotective, central nervous system stimulant, diuretic, and to benefit the cardiovascular system.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18034743

Paullinia Cupana (AKA Guarana) – Studies note that 75mg guarana (9mg caffeine) was able to enhance cognitive scores related to memory and reaction time with a subsequent dose-response study noting that 75mg was more effective than higher (150-300mg) and lower (37.5mg) doses.

Caffeine (1, 3, 7-trimethylxanthine) – Caffeine intake is associated with weight loss through thermogenesis and fat oxidation.

Turnera Diffusa (Damiana)

Damiana – This has seen to sexually invigorate rat test subjects. Evidence on Damiana Leaf is lacklustre. Not too many studies have been conducted on it.

Cayenne Pepper – The hot and spicy taste of cayenne pepper comes from capsaicin, a compound found in many hot peppers. Capsaicin is known to boost metabolism, causing the body to produce extra heat and burn more calories for fuel. This is found in our favorite fat burner Instant Knockout.

L-Dopa Velvet Bean (Macuna Pruriens) – This is actually good for treating people with Parkinsons. There’s a mixed bag of results for testosterone but look mainly positive. Results have shown an increase in testosterone levels in infertile men, however, results are very limited for fertile men. It is effective to reduce cortisol levels – high stress levels can harm testosterone production.

Acacia Catechu – It is thought that catechu may contain chemicals that can decrease inflammation and kill bacteria.

Very little evidence available though.

Dose

6 tablets per day.

This consists of 3 yellow and 3 purple tablets.

That amounts to a total of 2979mg daily which is about as much as the best fat burners offer.

Effects & Benefits:

So there’s a total of 14 ingredient in this combination of brightly colored pills, packed in blister packs so they’re like an aspirin or something the doctor would prescribe.

Yet there’s only 5 ingredients available that will offer any benefit.

And, 1 of those ingredients needs careful dosing to be effective, due to the proprietary blend we are not sure of the dose given.

The stalwarts of Caffeine and Cayenne are reassuring to see.

Theobrine can ward of sleepiness and Yerba mate can be beneficial to the cardio vascular system.

Negatives:

It is best to avoid any supplement that has a proprietary blend, as this does.

Let’s also consider that of the 13 total ingredients, only 5 offer any benefit. That is a terrible hit rate.

Then we learn that 1 of the ingredients shares some properties of the drug amphetamines, which has lead the ingredient to be a banned substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency!

That is not ideal if you participate in competitive sport.

However, most of the ingredients are not proven to offer any benefit other than anecdotal.

GENERIX Laboratories LLC BiphedAdrene Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

So what’s going on here?

It looks great, comes in fancy blister packs like ‘proper’ drugs or at least throat lozenges.

Contains some good, solid ingredients with a solid overall daily dose.

However, it also contains an overwhelmingly large number of ingredients that bring nothing to the table, at least not by the order of science.

Couple that with a proprietary blend meaning we have no idea of the ingredient breakdown which is important for at least 1 ingredient and one ingredient is banned by the WADA.

It is also $89.99

I think, upon reflection and research you are best avoiding this product and taking a look at something tried and tested by many, here.
