My Herbolab Tongkat Ali Root Testosterone Booster Review First Look

I am off to Mexico tomorrow, but tonight we are staying in a hotel in the airport so we’re not stressing trying to get to the airport in rush hour traffic.

Because stress is bad for natural testosterone production. Okay, that’s not why were staying in the hotel exactly, but stress does have an negative effect on testosterone.

In fact there are many factors that can reduce testosterone, but age is the main one.

That’s because when men hit the age of thirty their natural testosterone production reduces.

The effects of low testosterone are dire.

Thus it is important to help your body maintain a healthy testosterone level.

Modern research shows us that testosterone is beneficial for more than just muscle building.

It is important that men actually maintain a high and healthy level of testosterone.

That is because men suffer from the male version of the menopause, it is called the andropause.

The menopause effects women differently to men.

Changes relating to Andropause happen over a much longer period of time. This makes it almost unnoticeable

Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

Eurycoma Longifolia (Longjack)

There are some claims that Longjack will increase testosterone levels.

Yet, there is very little evidence surrounding the claims.

There’s no human studies available proving Longjack is effective when taken orally.

The minimal research available is by one Doctor. None of the work or studies are indexed or published by a reputable body.

As a result, the claims cannot be proven.

Doses tend to be of 300mg but no one is sure whether this is correct and effective.

How To Take Tongkat Ali

Take four pills every 24 hours.

It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will end peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

This results in a daily dose of 1200mg is less than half of the best test boosters.

There’s very little to get excited about here.

Eurycoma does not increase testosterone.

Any ‘studies’ that have been released are nothing more than presentations that a unknown Doctor presented at a conference.

These presentations are not verified by any professional or reputable body or organisation.

The soles ingredient does not offer any benefit. The price is very high.

Eurycoma has no human evidence to prove that it will increase testosterone.

Those presentations that are floating around the internet are not endorsed by a reputable organisation.

There are no human studies to prove that it is safe.

With a lack of scientific evidence it is safe to say that this is not going to be effective.

Unwanted Side Effects

Due to the lack of human studies regarding Tongkat Ali we are not sure how safe this will be.

However, it is advised that if you are regnant or breastfeeding to stay clear of it.

What Improvements Could Be Made?

This needs to include more proven ingredients to improve performance.

With just one ingredients available this is not going to be beneficial to increase testosterone.

Not when that ingredient has no solid and reputable proof that it is effective.

Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:

  • D3
  • B12
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • DAA
  • Zinc
  • Vit. C
  • Oyster
  • Creatine
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • Boron

These ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

My Herbolab Tongkat Ali Root Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

As a testosterone booster this needs to include proven ingredients.

This supplement will not help you increase your testosterone levels. This is because it lacks proven ingredients.

There is no evidence available that is trustworthy or published by a reputable source that can confirm it will increase testosterone.

Any final words for this review..?

A testosterone booster requires a number of proven ingredients to be effective. This has none.
