My Reliable Richard Testosterone Booster Review First Look

Many men worry about their sexual performance and testosterone levels.

Sexual dysfunction, impotency or erectile dysfunction haunts many men.

Yet, most men will not realize that testosterone levels have a major impact on sexual function and performance.

Thus it is important to help your body maintain a healthy testosterone level.

The key to more muscle, better sexual function and overall health is more testosterone.

But modern research shows us that testosterone is beneficial for more than just muscle building.

It is important that men actually maintain a high and healthy level of testosterone.

That is because men suffer from the male version of the menopause, it is called the andropause.

The menopause effects women differently to men.

Changes relating to Andropause happen over a much longer period of time. This makes it almost unnoticeable

That is not to say the effects are not as dire…

A reduction in testosterone can lead to the following problems:

  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Loss of strength
  • Increased risk of osteoporosis
  • A change in mood and outlook on life
  • Irratibility
  • Increase of fat mass
  • Reduced energy levels
  • Loss of libido

That means your health and fitness levels can suffer.

Thus, it is key you keep your natural testosterone at a healthy and optimal level.

Do not think natural test boosters are for bodybuilders and gym freaks, men of all ages can benefit.

Reliable Richard Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

Eurycoma Longifolia (Longjack)

There are some claims that Longjack will increase testosterone levels.

Yet, there is very little evidence surrounding the claims.

There’s no human studies available proving Longjack is effective when taken orally. [1]

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)

The theory is that Horny Goat Weed can increase testosterone levels.

In reality there isn’t any available evidence proving that it does increase testosterone.[2]

Ginkgo

Ginkgo appears to help some people with cognitive function and memory speed. But this is not across the board.

Overall results are mixed. [3]

Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower)

Safflower is traditionally used to improve the cardiovascular system.

The studies suggest that it may prevent hardening of the arteries.

Can cause abortions though. [4]

Herba Cistanche

Often hailed as the most useful and effective traditional herb and remedy from China.

It is claimed that it can have increased sexual effects.

Yet there needs to be more studies to confirm. [5]

How To Take Reliable Richard

Take up to two capsules before a sexual encounter…

It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will end peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

This results in a daily dose of 350mg is much less than the best test boosters.

Pros

Results are very mixed…

There’s a possibility that three of the ingredients can be beneficial.

But the results are not concrete.

Ginkgo is said to help improve brain function. But it seems this does not have a positive effect on everyone.

Safflower may prevent your arteries from hardening. As a result it is used to improve cardiovascular health.

Herba Cistanche appears to act as a aphrodisiac. These studies are based on rats only and more assessment is required.

Cons

The dose is low and there’s not a lot of confirmed answers.

We know for certain that two of the ingredients do not increase testosterone levels.

These are Longjack and Horny Goat Weed.

They both appear in testosterone boosters all of the time. Yet the results are negative.

Then we are lacking real substantial, consistent and concrete evidence to prove that Ginkgo, Safflower and Cistanche offer any benefit.

Unwanted Side Effects

This supplement does contain a few possible side effects.

Safflower may cause abortions.

Gingko may cause seizures and even death if not prepared correctly.

More commonly is seems to cause dizziness and headaches.

What Improvements Could Be Made?

This test booster needs more research and development.

At present it offers too much uncertainty.

There’s only five ingredients in total.

Two of these five offer no scientific proof that they will increase testosterone.

The additional three offer very mixed and inconsistent results.

Then there’s the potential health risks of Ginkgo and Safflower.

This testosterone booster supplement also omits a number of safe and proven ingredients that should be included.

Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:

  • D3
  • B12
  • Zinc
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • DAA
  • Vit. C
  • Oyster
  • Creatine
  • K2
  • Fenugreek
  • Boron

These ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

My Reliable Richard Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

More needs to be done for this to be effective.

There’s a real lack of proven ingredients and a very low overall dose. Claims that it will have a positive effect for days afterwards after a single dose are not to be trusted.

At best this does include three effective ingredients, but the results from studies are inconsistent and thin on the ground.

There’s also some associated health risks. Risks that aren’t worth taking.

Any final words for this review..?

This does not contain any proven or reliable testosterone stimulating ingredients.

Thus, you should check out the better options, here.
