HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS FASTIN Fat Burner Review

HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS FASTIN Fat Burner Review

HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS FASTIN Fat Burner Review First Look:

It’s August. Height of the vacation season and I have already been away on a European jaunt which ended in myself sat for endless hours on the toilet shitting my body down the pan.

Gastroenteritis is not pleasant, friends.

Strangely I am still sporting a bit of a sun tan from my time away in June.

However, I have a yearning for a more relaxing vacation in the sun. The South of France is calling my name.

The god thing about France is that you know what you are getting.

Surly attitudes, laissez-faire atmosphere and what seems to be a slightly less frantic pace of life while all the time having great food and wine on offer.

When I was a bit younger, I wasn’t bothered about that. I wanted booze, KFC, booze, Subway and chasing girls.

However, being able to relax in the sun, fill up on decent wine and amazing food isn’t going to do your body a great deal of good. The problem is, I like to do this weekly (eat and drink not go to France).

As such, I have an improve workout routine which incorporates the strength training and now cardio with cycling and the cycling has helped me shed fat fairly rapidly.

On top of this I like a little extra help from a fat burner too, just to be sure.

This little number from Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals already looks and sounds legit.

Yet, until we take a closer look, we just do not know if it is legit or not.

Ingredients

button-4

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Phenylethylamine – This appears to work in a similar manner to amphetamines and could not be safe.

Can cause anxiety, rapid heart beat and make you agitated.

Synephrine – This increases fat oxidation rate whilst reducing carbohydrate oxidation rate during low to moderate exercise.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27038225

Yohimbe – Related to Yohimbine, Yohimbe is a powerful stimulant and used to increase fat loss as well as assist with erectile dysfunction. Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in our supplements to avoid list.

Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators.

Theobromine – Theobromine can reduce sleepiness and in large quantities produces a jittery sensation.

1,3-Dimethylamylamine (DMAA) – 1,3-DMAA is a neural stimulant with a structure similar to Ephedrine and adrenaline that has been used as a pre-workout stimulant.

Not much information is available on 1,3-DMAA supplementation, and is no longer commonly sold as a supplement.

Because it is structurally similar to amphetamine it can cause false readings for doping tests and should not be used by competitive athletes.

B-phenylethylamine hcl –  Used for treating depression and increasing athletic performance. No evidence to substantiate these claims.

Limited supplemental usage due to being rapidly broken down into inactive components.

Methylsynephrine (Oxilofrine, p-hydroxyephedrine) – A banned substance that can cause cardiac arrest. You can read more about it here and here.

Dose:

Up to 2 pills per day.

This would equate up to just a mere 690mg daily.

This isn’t a high dose at all and does not compare well at all with the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Effects & Benefits:

Caffeine will help  raise the metabolism which will burn more calories.

Caffeine is found in many, effective fat burners due to its proven effectiveness.

Synephrine is good for fat oxidization when you are enjoying moderate exercise and along with this Theobromine can reduce tiredness which will help you get that fat ass of yours in to the gym after a long day at work.

Negatives:

There’s not really a large number or ingredients nor a much of overall mass coming in at much less mg than the best fat burners.

Not only that, this is a proprietary blend. Why does this matter?

A proprietary blend means that although we know the overall weight of the combined ingredients within the blend, we have no idea how much of each individual ingredient is included.

You may not think this matters.

However, it does. Big time.

This is because even if a trace amount of any ingredient is included it can be listed on the ingredients panel on the bottle.

You may think you are getting a wealth of great ingredients, but if it is just trace amounts they’re not going to work.

It then means that the majority of the blend could just be a bulking agent with a number of trace ingredients included.

Plus let’s look at some of these other ingredients in a closer light because they need to be very carefully considered…

Phenylethylamine can make you anxious and agitated. Not great.

Yohimbe doesn’t seem to alter body mass or improve performance but it can cause cardiovascular issues.

1,3-Dimethylamylamine hasn’t got a great deal of research behind it and it can fail drug tests for those who are tested in sports or even work because it is similar in structure to amphetamine.

B-phenylethylamine hcl has no proof that it is effective.

Methylsynephrine can cuase cardiac arrest which is not pleasant.

HI-TECH PHARMACEUTICALS FASTIN Fat Burner Review Review Conclusion:

So how is this effective?

Well, there’s two low dosed fat burning ingredients plus 1 ingredient hat can help you stay awake for that early morning cardio session that you have been dreaming of doing yet putting on hold for 3 years.

However, then the tables turn, remarkably for the worse…

We have a host of unproven ingredients or if they’re not unproven to be effective fat burners they can be effective at causing serious health issues.

All of this in a low dose and a secretive proprietary blend.

This is not something I will be taking any time soon regardless how many croissants and cheese the French can ply me with.

There are superior and safer fat burners on the market though which you should consider taking a look at..
