Ironmag Labs E-Control Rx 2.0 Anti-Estrogen Review // Can It Balance Testosterone Levels?

Ironmag Labs E-Control Rx 2.0 Anti-Estrogen Review First Look:

Recently I have been nailing the testosterone boosters.

I am away on vacation in less than a month and I have been trying to progress with my lifts, I don’t want to be ‘that’ guy on the beach that clearly has low testosterone.

i know that this is a shallow thing to say and appearances are not everything, and ‘that’ guy could be a loving husband and father who also happens to be a war vet and is absolutely confident in himself…realistically I think we all want to be that guy.

However, for the more insecure of us, we have muscles to build.

With muscles we can strut around and feel like God’s gift to mankind and yet, still, unbelievably look like a complete and utter tool to many of the people surround us.

They’re clearly just jealous…

However, higher levels of testosterone do not just mean more muscles and strength, no, this is just a welcome side effect to feeling much better within ourselves and increasing libido, to name just two of the additional benefits.

Yet, we can also suffer from a hormone imbalance whereby estrogen can make its presence know and inhibit our testosterone levels.

This can lead to puffy breasts and erectile dysfunction. Clearly not an imbalance we want to entertain.

This is where this supplement comes in, it supposedly can help control estrogen levels so we do not suffer from the aforementioned issues.

Arimistane (Androst 3,5-dien-7, 17-dione) – Theoretically may be able to increase testosterone levels. However, as no human or animal interventions have been conducted with Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione we don’t actually know.

NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) – Great for people with liver, heart and kidney problems but no evidence for boosting testosterone.

Safed Musli Extract (Chlorophytum Borivilianum) – Not a great deal of studies or evidence from studies on this ingredient is available.

What has been established is that a dose of 500mg for 12 weeks increased semen count significantly, there was a slight raise in testosterone but not by a great deal.

We are instructed to take 3 pills per day.

It is good to have at least 4 tablets but each tablet to be taken over the course of the day to ensure there are no peaks or troughs of the nutrients being utilized by you body.

This offers a low 1575mg per day.

This is such a long way off the best testosterone boosters.

You may as well just eat a broccoli floret.

Benefits & Effects:

Wow, the best thing to come from this supplement is that Safed Musli may be able to very slightly increase testosterone levels and semen count.

This only contains 1 effective ingredient.

Even at that it may only help to raise testosterone levels.

Nothing here either controls estrogen or significantly increase testosterone.

The daily dose is low and it is missing a number of effective testosterone stimulating ingredients.

Not to mention it misses something as simple as DIIM which is found in vegetables such as broccoli because it can regulate estrogen.

$44.99 is not cheap nor throw away money.

Ironmag Labs E-Control Rx 2.0 Anti-Estrogen Review Conclusion:

There is not anything included in this supplement hat can either significantly raise testosterone levels nor control estrogen.

At best is may help people with kidney and heart problems, it can increase semen levels which is great if you are trying for a baby or you are a porn star.

Yet, it omits so many of the key, proven and effective ingredients that can stimulate an increase in testosterone secretion such as:

  • D3
  • Zinc
  • B6
  • B12
  • DAA
  • Fenugreek
  • K2
  • Boron
  • Oyster

Therefore, what we have here is not a testosterone booster nor a estrogen regulator or inhibitor which can allow your testosterone levels to flourish.

No, what we have here is a waste of time and money

Take a look at what works to maximize your workouts.
