My MRI Thermogenic Keto Fat Burner Review

My MRI Thermogenic Keto Fat Burner Review

My MRI Thermogenic Keto Fat Burner Review First Look:

I have cycled in to work this morning with the river looking slightly frozen over and my bare shins looking pale in the cold air.

However, this is part and parcel of what we have to endure to keep fit, lose fat and build stamina.

That’s not saying I do not enjoy it, either. Especially when summer returns, it is a great way to get around the city and much more fun than being squashed on to a slow moving bus or train carriage.

Another en vogue option to try and lose weight or fat mass is the keto diet that many people talk about.

I personally, hate having to keep to a strict diet and I am not a fan of fads that come and go.

Plus, rather than just look a bit better, I would rather fell better and be more physically robust, that means being able to lift weights, perform well and even think clearly – a few issues that have cropped up for people following fad nutrition plans.

So, with a balanced diet to hand and some exercise, let’s look at another option that can also help give you an edge…

This is exactly where an effective fat burner can help.

Fat burners can give you that advantage whereby you burn the extra calories required which help toward creating that deficit which can lead to fat loss.

This particular fat cutting supplement focuses on the keto end of things.

It utilizes fats to lose weight, that sounds a strange proposition.

However, the theory is that you adjust your body to using fat stores as the go to energy source rather than fast acting carbohydrates.

Let’s see…I’ve got a load of beer laden calories to burn.

What can a fat burner really do?

You may well be surprised actually.

The idea that an effective fat burner just magically makes your waist smaller is far from the truth.

However, only the effective fat burners contain a number of ingredients in correct doses that work harmoniously and through a number of outcomes help you lose fat mass, not muscle.

Their benefits include, but are not limited to:

  • Increase energy – This will help you be more active and stimulate you for effective workouts
  • Thermogenic – These ingredients will increase the temperature of your core which increases calorie expenditure
  • Appetite control – The ability to feel fuller and not to fall for sweet, calorie laden treats
  • Reduce inflammation – Too much inflammation can be the cause of obesity and a hormone imbalance

As a result I tend to supplement my exercise regime with a fat burner supplement.

I have found Instant Knockout to offer the best results and as a result I try to use that daily.button-4

Ingredients: The Science

Caffeine

It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Vitamin C

Its antioxidant properties mean vitamin C provides neuroprotective effects and benefits for blood flow.

By protecting the testes from oxidative stress, vitamin C can also preserve testosterone levels.

Stress is also a common marker present in people who are obese., So while not a direct fat burner or weight loss nutrient, it can help reduce a contributor to weight gain.

Vitamin K

There’s a wealth of information on the internet about the weight loss benefits of Vitamin K, however, not from any reputable sources such as university studies or government health sites.

It may help against osteoporosis and seems to benefit from being paired with Vitamin D. However, even the research for this is conflicting.

There is a some evidence that Vitamin K may help protect against coronary heart disease.

Caprylic Acid

We see a lot of new wonder compounds and ingredients that explode on the internet about being the best thing for weight loss.

However, more of these benefits appear to be shouted about by websites that have an interest in profiting rather than educational or government science websites or resources.

What is known is that there are a wealth of possibilities and ‘potentials’ with Caprylic Acid as a energy provider and to suppress hunger.

However, as a sustained weight loss facilitator it is still very unclear.

Fish Oil

Fish oil is full of Omega-3, and Omega-3 has a host of benefits including fighting inflammation.

This is important, because while it does not raise the metabolism, lowering inflammation can reduce the risk of chronic disease, such as obesity.

It can also reduce the risk of cognitive decline, too. So good for the brain.

Dose:

Four soft gels per day to be taken each morning with breakfast.

We would prefer the dose to be spread out across the day to ensure a steady supply of the nutrients.

If your body is supplied with too much of certain ingredients at once, that what the body doesn’t need at the time will be wasted and you will not feel the benefit.

Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilizing Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.

What the body doesn’t require at the time will let it pass. Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

This results in a daily dose of 3801.6mg which is on a par with the most effective competitors.

Pros:

There are a couple tried and tested ingredients contained within this supplement.

These include:

  • Caffeine
  • Vitamin C

Caffeine is a thermogenic, that means it will stimulate the central nervous system, increase focus and energy while also helping raise the metabolism.

Vitamin C is not a thermogenic helping raise the metabolism to increase calorie expenditure.

However, it can help reduce stress, and stress affects obese people. So, if you can reduce stress, you can help reduce part of the risk of becoming obese.

Fish Oil contains Omega-3. This is great for reducing inflammation, and, as with stress, inflammation is a contributor to a hormone imbalance and a contributing cause of obesity.

Cons:

There are a couple issues that need rounding up and summarizing…

The dosing instructions are not strategically advantageous.

It is much better to continually supply your body throughout the day rather than just give it one big hit and be yearning for more with much of the nutrients being wasted.

Then we have a couple of ‘possible’ and ‘potential’ benefits with ingredients Vitamin K and Caprylic Acid which are both yet to have a strong body of proof backing the claims or theories surrounding their fat loss benefits.

To say that this is a supposed thermogenic supplement, it is odd that it also omits a number of other proven thermogeninc ingredients and other ingredients known to contribute toward fat loss.

These include ingredients that are found in high performing and regarded fat burners, and I have listed a number of them below:

  • B12
  • B6
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Glucomannan
  • Green Tea
  • Cayenne
  • Chromium
  • Green coffee

With this in mind, it is clear that there are a lot of missed opportunities to stimulate more fat burn.

It certainly does not offer the fat burning performance we want nor is available in other fat burning supplements such as Instant Knockout.

However, I do understand that the angle that this fat burner is going for is the keto route.

That means, it is a readjustment of your body to use fat stores as energy rather than carbohydrates.

Your body does from time to time use fat stores for energy, particularly if there is not quick requirement for a blast of energy, such as when you are sleeping (more reason to sleep more!).

However, if you are an athlete or exercise frequently this shift of continued energy source is not known to be overall effective when it comes down to physical performance or just the way it makes you feel.

You can read more about that, here.

I also know of a guy in the office at work who was very strict on his keto diet, to say he was miserable would be true, to say that his brain function and the way he felt wasn’t great would also be true (his words, not mine!) and I didn’t ever notice a change is body composition at all.

However, he was one to persevere so he gave it is all to very little if any benefit.

Price:

$23.99 – this is really cheap when looking through some of the pricing of other fat burners.

My MRI Thermogenic Keto Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

There’s a lot of uncertainty around the effects and benefits of a couple of these ingredients included Vitamin E and Caprylic Acid.

That said there are a couple of more traditional fat loss stimulating ingredients such as Caffeine which is a and the only thermogenic ingredient included as well as the anti-inflammatory Omega-3 and Vitamin C which can reduce stress build up so commonly attributing to obesity.

This is where the problem lays…

There’s far few proven and beneficial ingredients that can offer sustained fat loss contributions and it includes ingredients whereby the substantial evidence is somewhat none existent, unless of course it is from a source that is not considered reputable or education.

Also, studies have shown that both cognitive and physical performance drops when changing toward a keto diet, so why bother?

Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions.
