My MuscleTech Hydroxycut ULTRA STIM Fat Burner Review First Look:

Myself and the girlfriend went out for dinner last night.

We started with mussels (no groping of mine though unfortunately) in a very nice buttery garlic sauce then I had venison with fries and cabbage with bacon.

Obviously there was the obligatory bottle of red wine to wash it all down with.

When we headed back home and in to the train station I also had a skinny vanilla latte.

So needless to say, when we got in to bed and she slapped my stomach I was a little more that conscious of where this calorie laden food is heading…

Luckily, alongside my occasional cycling to work and weight lifting I also like to use a proven and effective fat burner called Instant Knockout which continues to offer great results…

However, recently, my legs are still aching from a particularly aggressive bike ride home which has mean that a train ride in to work each day is a bit more appealing.

The reality is though, that if I and you want to decrease our fat mass we need to burn more calories than we consume.

An effective fat burner helps us do that, and they can give us that little edge required to strip away the last percentages you may want to rid yourself of.

Ingredients: The Science

Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) – Elderberry might affect the immune system.

Elderberry seems to have activity against viruses including the flu, and might reduce inflammation.

Lycium (Goji Berry) – Goji is used for many conditions, but so far, there isn’t enough scientific evidence to determine whether or not it is effective for any of them.

Yohimbe – Related to Yohimbine, Yohimbe is a powerful stimulant and used to increase fat loss as well as assist with erectile dysfunction.

Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in our supplements to avoid list.

Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators.

1, 3, 7, 9 Tetramethylpurine (Theacrine / Tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.

However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.

Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

Seaweed (Fucoxanthin, Undaria Pinnatifida) – There’s reasons to believe there are many health related benefits by supplementing Fucoxanthin which is also known as seaweed, however, the bio-availability in humans is low.

Yet, over a period of 16 weeks 5mg per day may help fat loss.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Green Coffee Bean (C. Canephora Robusta) – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted.

These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism.

This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Up to 4 pills per day. Taken as 2 twice daily.

This would equate up to a tiny bit more than 1250mg daily.

This dose is not great when considering the best fat burners tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best fat burner on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and to ensure that if you get a large hit of ingredients it isn’t wasted if your body doesn’t require them.

There are two proven, reliable and safe ingredients included in this fat burner that can offer weight loss benefit, both of these feature in Instant Knockout which is the most effective fat burner on the market at present.

These ingredients are as follows:

  • Caffeine
  • Green Coffee

The amount of ingredients is impressive also.

Undaria Pinnatifida deserves a mention because it does seem to offer fat loss benefits over a 16 week period. Although the bio-availability is a little bit low in humans.

Sambucus Nigra seems to offer anti-inflammatory effects, too much inflammation can cause chronic disease such as obesity.

Where as this includes two reliable, safe and proven beneficial ingredients, fat burner’s such as Instant Knockout contain ten proven and effective ingredients.

There is Undaria Pinnatifida which does seem to help with fat loss and Sambucus would have some positive effect also.

However, there’s ingredients such as Lycium which are not proven to offer any benefit.

Then we have Theacrine; while this offers similar effects to Caffeine it is at an extremely low level and therefore not really effective.

Yohimbe features in many supplements, but this stimulant can cause a number of health problems and there’s no prove it can change body or fat mass anyway.

My MuscleTech Hydroxycut ULTRA STIM Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This fat burner contains two reliable ingredients that are able to assist with fat loss by raising the metabolic rate which burns more calories.

There’s a further two ingredients that also have contributing effects.

However, that leaves a further three that do not bring much to the table and offer any proven or safe benefits.

This means we have a fat burner whereby just over half of the contents will work in the fight against fat.

That leaves nearly half not doing much when it could have contained missing proven ingredients such as:

  • Cayenne
  • B6
  • B12
  • Zinc
  • Green Tea
  • Chromium
  • Glucomannan

So, this is okay, and will help you a little bit, but it is not the most effective supplement on the market.
