My Bodybuilding.com Tribulus Terrestris Review
Bodybuilding.com is probably the world’s most popular bodybuilding forum and website with a huge number of users and subscribers. They also have an online store with their own branded products.
Fairly simple packaging which follows the dark blue theme of their website. It doesn’t particularly stand out and is not typical to many of the testosterone booster bottles out there that scream at you whilst on the shelf. These are mysteriously called the ‘foundation series’, who knows what it could possibly mean?
Hmmmm, not much other than Tribulus and the ingredients of the soluble capsules.

– Testosterone boosting ingredients –
My only beef is that although Tribulus is touted as a wonder plant extract that helps strength gains and it was the secret drug of choice by Easten Bloc Olympic lifters in the Cold War (I think that was anabolic steroids actually judging by the women’s beards!) There is no evidence of any benefits from using Tribulus. Even the packaging states it “may support the natural release and production of testosterone.” It is all very wishy washy.
2 pills per day and each bottle will last 50 days.
If we are being kind, Tribulus may (unscientifically proven) help you with muscular and strength growth. You may also see an increased libido and a greater sense of well-being.
I am always sceptical of products that tout any unscientifically proven benefits and quite rightly so, why would you spend money on a product that has supposedly been used for years by the ancient Greeks or Chinese yet in today’s world of science and research nothing can be proven of its use.
My Review Conclusion:
As you can tell, I am not a fan. I’ve never had any results from taking these kinds of products that haven’t been down to some solid lifting and graft in the gym. If I was you, I would spend your money elsewhere. Why not check out our Top 3 Testosterone Boosters instead?
