My BioSchwartz Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract HCA Fat Burner Review

My BioSchwartz Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract HCA Fat Burner Review First Look:

As I reached work earlier this morning and headed to the showers after cycling in the freezing cold, it became apparent that I have already overindulged this holiday season.

My stomach is less ripped, this is down to eating way more, drinking more regularly, not cycling to work as much nor having consistency with any supplements or anything basically that can help my physical health and well being.

Normally I am quite well behaved and up until recently have managed to stick to a fairly strict regime of heavy weightlifting, cycling to work and back which consists of a 14 mile round trip plus trying to eat clean (weekends not included) as well as incorporate the correct supplements such as Instant Knockout which is a fat burner that includes proven ingredients for fat reduction.

This regime has been fragmented to say the least. I am cycling perhaps only for two days per week and my lunch of rice and tuna has dwindled as I have bought sandwiches and I have run out of Instant Knockout.

So, I now need to nail the heavy weights, sort out my lunch and get on the fat burners again.

This Garcinia Cambogia supplement from BioSchwartz is popular so I want to see how it compares.

Garcinia Cambogia

Supposedly helps people lose weight, however, trials have been unsubstantiated or at least unimpressive.

Any tests run where there has been a glimmer of hope have been in stage 1 obese people.

Dose:

2 capsules per day to be taken daily.

We prefer at least 4 pills spread out across the course of the day to ensure our body has a constant supply of ingredients to process.

The daily dose of 1600mg is a fairly low amount overall compared to many fat burners but seems high compared to other Garcinia Cambogia supplements.

In fact, this dose is no good when you consider the best fat burners which tend to offer in excess of 3000mg.

Pros:

Garcinia may, only may offer some benefit to people who are considered stage 1 obese which is the lowest stage and the beginnings of obesity.

Other than that, it is lacking conclusive and comprehensive evidence to suggest or confirm that it is an effective fat burner ingredient.

If it is to work, this does have a high dose when compared to other similar supplements.

Cons:

Garcinia looks like it may help people within the early stages of obesity but that does rule out those who are in the later stages of obesity or aren’t actually obese but just wanting to reduce their fat levels to get that cut.

Garcinia is not entirely proven either to help raise the metabolism and burn more calories either.

As a fat burner, it is not going to be as effective as many of the other products on the market which offer a more complete ingredient profile such as Instant Knockout.

My BioSchwartz Garcinia Cambogia Pure Extract HCA Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

Garcinia does not offer the time proven studies required to show that it is effective at increasing calorie expenditure, and the only beneficial results appear to be for those with stage 1 obesity.

The daily dose is high when compared to other similar Garcinia supplements but it is also missing other key ingredients that would really help with burning more calories such as:

  • B12
  • B6
  • Zinc
  • Magnesium
  • Glucomannan
  • Chromium
  • Green Coffee
  • Caffeine
  • Cayenne
  • Green Tea

Therefore, some other products such as those in our top 3 fat burners are more far more attractive propositions which hold no artery risk and are laden with proven ingredients.
