My Naturade Vitali-T-Aid Testosterone Booster Review

My Naturade Vitali-T-Aid Testosterone Booster Review First Look:

As a guy who is rapidly approaching mid-thirties sometimes increasing testosterone is not always about increasing the weight we can squat, but more about improving the way we feel.

Increasing natural testosterone levels can help with this too.

As men age, their testosterone levels decrease and this can sometimes been seen with a decrease of lean muscle, increased fat and a feeling of tiredness.

They can also increase your libido and general sense of well being.

Something that I need right now after a heavy weekend drinking with my buddies, not to mention a punctured tire on my bike this morning which left me walking home in the snow in shorts.

However, I am still interested in building muscle and I am still interested in feeling fit and lean.

I tend to opt for TestoFuel as I have had some great results, yet I am also keen to see what other products there are on the market that can match or even better those effects.

Ingredients: The Science

Fenugreek – Fenugreek is a proven ingredient as found in our benchmark testosterone boosting product; Testofuel.

Research shows that a fenugreek seed extract can reduce daily fat intake in overweight men when taken by mouth at a dose of 392 mg three times daily for 2-6 weeks.

Serenoa Serrulata/Saw Palmetto – This fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Astragalus – Bit of an all-rounder, this antioxidant helps protect the body against various stresses, including physical, mental, or emotional stress.

Tribulus – Once marveled, now known to have no effect on testosterone levels, by now supplement manufacturers should really let go.  Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.

It also failed to provide any benefit hen tested on a bunch of professional Australian rugby players.

Btea-Sitosterols – Research supports the fact that phytosterols, including beta-sitosterol, can reduce cholesterol levels.

Some studies suggest that phytosterols may reduce the risk of some cancers, but more research is needed to know how well they really work.

L-Arginine – This is found in many pre workout supplements or products designed to make you more vascular.

L-Arginine opens up the blood vessels and arteries to assist with blood flow, nothing really to do with testosterone but may assist with any impotency issues that are not helping you attain that hot chick in the gym who is 15 years your junior.

However, you will require 5g per day alone!

Panex (Korean) Ginseng – This form of Ginseng is the most highly researched.

There’s lots of evidence which suggest cognitive function, mood and immunity is increased, however, although there is evidence for better erections and an increase in testosterone production for infertile men.

It can also improve cognitive function.

Dose:

Take 2 capsules daily.

This isn’t great, but the best testosterone boosters out there recommend 4 caps as it provides a nice, consistent and constant amount of ingredients throughout the day for your body to utilize.

This way, with four or more tablets dosed over the course of a day there’s less peaks and troughs of nutrients.

The 2 capsules daily only provide 700mg of combined ingredients daily which is piss poor, in particular the proprietary blend which consists of 6 ingredients yet has to be split across a low 100mg

Pros:

Fenugreek and the Panax Ginseng can offer testosterone increasing benefits which is great news.

Fenugreek is often found in the best products available, as is Ginseng, sometimes known as Korean Ginseng.

Arginine, if dosed at 5000mg can dilate the blood vessels which can ensure that your muscles and organs are getting all of the nutrients they need.

In addition, more blood flow means that all the waste products can be taken away quicker as well.

However, 5000mg is required…and this only offers a full daily dose of 700mg!

This is not looking too positive…

Cons:

As good and useful Arginine can be, there’s no real point including it if less than the required 5000mg is provided.

That’s like going to the North Pole with just 1 feather to use as insulation in your coat.

The overall daily dose of just 700mg is really low, too low to really offer any benefit, especially when only 100mg is used for the proprietary blend of ingredients.

Which brings me on to the proprietary blend, this means although we know what ingredients are present, we have no idea of the exact breakdown and that is important.

This means that legally there could just be trace amounts of each ingredient listed and the resat being a bulking agent.

I always hate seeing the inclusion of Tribulus, immediately I know research has not been very thorough.

You cannot find studies proving that Tribulus can increase testosterone levels, yet you can find studies that prove it doesn’t increase testosterone levels.

Saw Palmetto, Astragalus and Beta-sitosterol offer no testosterone boosting benefit at all.

My Naturade Vitali-T-Aid Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion:

It contains just two proven ingredients.

Which are Fenugreek and Panax Ginseng.

It includes a wealth of other, unproven ingredients plus concealing them within a secretive proprietary blend of just 100mg.

That is not adequate in any measure.

The combined daily dose is not adequate at just 700mg.

This is not going to increase any levels of vitality at all.

That includes having a number of proven and beneficial ingredients provided in a dose that will work.

This would be a much better supplement if it contained the following ingredients which are sadly omitted:

  • D3
  • K2
  • B12
  • DAA
  • Oyster
  • B6
  • Magnesium
  • Zinc

I personally would avoid buying this, save your money and draft in something effective.
