Considering this fat burner is targeting the female market the color scheme of this supplement looks very masculine.

The black is usually associated with aggressive looking supplements that either strip fat or increase testosterone.

More often than not, if something is targeting women it is white with a hint of pink, sky blue or gold.

What also baffles me is when manufacturers try to target separate audiences, the products are trying to achieve 1 goal, and that is to lose weight and cut fat so it shouldn’t matter what the packet looks like.

Either way, we assured that this is an ultra concentrated formula, let’s hope it is good.

Theobromine – Theobromine can reduce sleepiness and in large quantities produces a jittery sensation.

Vitamin B12 – B12 fights fatigue, muscle wastage, boosts mood, cognition and is vital to many bodily functions including metabolism and food digestion.

So to put it bluntly, we need this for smooth operation and be able to smash those workout sessions which in turn helps you burn fat and lose those unwanted pounds.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.

Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.

There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.

Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Folic Acid (Vit. B9) – There’s many benefits of Folic Acid, treating kidney problems is one of them. Folic acid can also help produce more testosterone along with B12 but also necessary to form red blood cells and is also necessary in the formation of DNA.

Yohimbe – Related to Yohimbine, Yohimbe is a powerful stimulant and used to increase fat loss as well as assist with erectile dysfunction. Can cause a host of other problems though, this is in out supplements to avoid list.

Supplementation with yohimbine combined with resistance training does not significantly alter the body mass, muscle mass, or performance indicators.

Rauwolscine – Highly stimulatory and may also be mood-elevating. Not enough info is known for an active oral dose but approximately 15mg in combination with other fat loss supplements. Very similar to yohimbine, it alleviates pressures the body exerts to preserve fat mass.

Dose

The advice is to take up to 2 pills per day which offers less than 590mg per day.

That is shocking!

Negatives:

You will not find Yohimbe or Citrus Aurantium in a fat burner such as Instant Knockout because they are both potentially harmful ingredients, not to mention that Yohimbe does not seem to offer any difference in fat mass.

Rauwolscine does appear to be effective when used in conjunction with other fat burner ingredients, however, not too much is known regarding an oral dose. It is thought that 15mg is effective.

Which then brings me on to the next problem…

This is mainly a proprietary blend so we do not know exactly how much of each ingredient is included.

However, what we do know is that the overall daily dose is extremely low and bordering on ineffective.

Plus the recommended 2 pills per day is half of what we would recommend in order to constantly provide your body with the nutrients required to stimulate fat burn.

Theobomine is more suited to a pre workout to ward off sleep, but too much can cause jitters which may be unpleasant or at least unexpected.

There’s too many negative issues with the included ingredients to be fully positive about this fat burner.

Only just over half of the ingredients are effective fat burners.

The 2 ingredients may cause serious harm.

While the daily dose is low and the breakdown unconfirmed due to the proprietary blend.

Another may keep you awake but also cause a jittery sensation.

While it is also missing many other proven ingredients found in the best fat burner’s.

As such, I cannot fully recommend this nor understand how it is only suitable for females. Quite frankly it isn’t suitable for anyone!
