A formally morbidly obese teacher reveals her secrets that helped her shed over 100lbs of fat and turned her from a health hazard to svelte picture of health.
The Teacher from the deep south in the US, who formally weighed in at a staggering 294lbs made 7 basic fundamental changes to her diet and lifestyle after splitting up from her partner of 4 years, the results have been so dramatic many accuse her of going under the knife and having surgery, she refutely denies these claims.
At a tender age of 25 she found herself single, secretly eating and at 6-foot-tall, an imposing figure. She decided her health wasn’t heading in the direction she wanted so made the change and started a fitness regime, but not before she had actually considered surgery.
However, after getting a taste for the gym and noticing the pounds starting to shed she realized that surgery was not the answer and that she could do it naturally.
Crucially, having started to document her progress on Instagram she found that this was the motivation she needed to keep striving forward and lose more weight.
After 2 years of continued hard work she has transformed from dowdy looking woman to a beautiful fitness model.
On reflection, Laura, recounted the online nickname of Giantess due to her height and then, considerable bulk. She recalls that she looked intimidating and would just binge eat, not for emotional reasons but she felt it was an addiction.
She started her teacher training and thought that as a better role model for the children that she would start to lose weight. And, being a teacher, the first thing children would pick up on would be her sheer size.
However, since hitting the weights and eating clean she has now lost over half of her original weight which she puts down to lots of hard work and dedication. Laura is particularly pleased with the impact of using weights as it has prevented her from retaining lose skin as commonly seen on formally obese people who lose masses of weight through dieting and cardio.
Now she is in the gym 6 days per week to perform weightlifting exercises and not to lose weight but because she has found a new lifestyle which keeps her happy.
