Outbreak Nutrition Rise Testosterone Booster Review

Outbreak Nutrition Rise Testosterone Booster Review

My Outbreak Nutrition Rise Testosterone Booster Review First Look

Can I increase testosterone levels in a post apocalyptic world?

I am now trying to increase my output, both with work and my exercise regime.

I am now cycling to work which amounts to about 20 miles daily and I am in the gym much more, too.

I had to admit defeat with my home gym in some respects and join a gym in the city center.

This is so I can hit other body parts and get my workout done and dusted during the day which leaves the evening free to crack on with other things.

However, now I am mid-thirties recovery rates are longer and I need as much help as I can get to feel good again while also being able to perform to a decent standard.

If you are finding it difficult to motivate yourself for the gym it could be your testosterone levels at fault.

Therefore I am looking at this testosterone booster called Rise by Outbreak Nutrition.

It takes a almost post apocalyptic design ethos which is supposed to attract customers somehow.

It does seem like a strange strategy.

As men age, they often make less testosterone – [https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/understanding-how-testosterone-affects-men]

Can Rise hit the mark? Let’s look at their background…

Who Are Outbreak Nutrition?

Outbreak Nutrition quite laughably create supplements to provide supplements to help you survive.

Outbreak Nutrition provides high quality supplements to help you not just survive the struggles of the day but destroy them.

So, if you believe that you are living in a post virus world where you are one of the few survivors fighting zombies this may appeal to you.

Personally, I am more bothered about the ingredients.

What Are the claims for Outbreak Nutrition Rise?

In this post apocalyptic world, you need extra nutrients to survive.  Therefore, this supplement has been formulated to help you perform.

  • Increased power
  • Improved strength
  • More aggression
  • Motivated

Outbreak Nutrition Rise Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

– Eurycoma Longifolia (Longjack)

There are some claims that Longjack will increase testosterone levels.

Yet, there is very little evidence surrounding the claims.

There’s no human studies available proving that Longjack is effective when taken orally.

However, the most positive outcome from studies of Tongkat Ali is that it can help reduce day-to-day stress.

– Ashwagandha

Primarily found in test boosters because of its supposed benefits.

There is little evidence suggesting that Ashwagandha will directly increase testosterone levels.

Ashwagandha is able to reduce stress and fatigue which can have a negative effect on testicular health.

An effective dose is around 6g per day. [1]

– Magnesium

Research into magnesium supplementation demonstrated an increase of natural testosterone production in men.

It can also help aid sleep for improved mental rest and muscle recovery.

Men who took magnesium had the biggest increase in total and free testosterone, another showed that a magnesium supplemented group had significantly greater gains in strength.

Extra magnesium is able to support your gym performance which can help increase fat loss.

One study focusing on older men found that that higher levels of magnesium supplementation are associated with greater levels of testosterone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1).

– Zinc

Needed for many reactions in the brain and a key component for releasing the luteinzing hormone (LH).

LH is primarily responsible for the production of testosterone and growth hormone.

The fact that it’s in here is great, there’s plenty of studies proving its worth.

Science has demonstrated that those people who exercise regularly and intensely are more likely to have an insufficient level of Zinc.

– Arimistane (Androst 3,5-dien-7, 17-dione)

Theoretically may be able to increase testosterone levels.

However, as no human or animal interventions have been conducted with Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione we don’t actually know.

This poses many unanswered questions and possible risks. [2]

– Boron

In a study concerning men who took 10mg of Boron a day they saw their estrogen levels drop and their free testosterone rise.

Boron is a mineral which also helps improve bone and joint health which is important to be able to lift weights and keep an active lifestyle.

This demonstrates the importance to supplement with boron in order to harmonise your hormone levels.

– Fadogia Agrestis

This is aplant from Nigeria. It is the stem of the plant that is used to produce a wide range of medicines.

It is said to be able to treat erectile dysfunction, increase athletic performance as well as treat malaria.

However, there is no scientific evidence that would back up these claims.

This could be toxic due to effects on rats. There are no human studies are available to confirm. [3]

– Fenugreek Seed

It is claimed by researchers that fenugreek works to increase testosterone or androgen levels, which decrease as you age.

Further research also shows that fenugreek seed extract is able to reduce the daily fat intake in overweight males if taken orally at a dose of 392mg three times daily for two to six weeks.

So, to include Fenugreek in your supplement allowance is advised.

How To Take Outbreak Nutrition Rise

We are to take six capsules per day.

Although there are no instructions on their site on how and when to take the capsules.

We would advise that it is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will prevent peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

Outbreak Nutrition Rise Dosage

A daily dose is 2,880mg.

This dose is about what you would find in the best natural testosterone boosters which will consist of around 3000mg or more.

Outbreak Nutrition Rise Price

Pros

This does contain some well regarded ingredients.

Four ingredients are found in the best testosterone boosters because they are proven to be effective and beneficial at stimulating more testosterone.

These include:

  1. Zinc
  2. Magnesium
  3. Fenugreek
  4. Boron

Then there’s Ashwagandha and Tongkat Ali (Longjack) which do not directly stimulate more testosterone development but help reduce stress.

Too much stress can result in a drop of testosterone.

Cons

There’s a risk of toxicity.

There’s a couple of ingredients included that offer somewhat uncertain results.

Fadogia really lacks the studies and human research that it requires.

There’s no evidence to confirm that it will increase testosterone levels.

There’s also no human studies that have been performed to confirm or quash this popular thought that there’s a risk of toxicity.

Once again, with Armistance we are facing little to no human research.

That means we have very little knowledge as to how it can benefit or pose any health risks.

Plus, we have no idea if it is going to control or regulate estrogen and testosterone.

A world of the unknown.

Plus there’s some real big hitting ingredients that are missing which are just obvious, such as D3 and D-Aspartic Acid.

Unwanted Outbreak Nutrition Rise Side Effects

A couple of the ingredients could pose potential health risks.

The real concern surrounds two ingredients that are short on human studies.

As a result we have no idea how they may effect us, plus we have no real knowledge if they are going to perform.

It is much safer using a product with tried and tested ingredients.

What Improvements Could Be Made to Outbreak Nutrition Rise?

There’s still room for improvement here.

There are four well established and proven ingredients that have a positive effect on natural testosterone production.

This supplement would benefit from including additional proven ingredients and taking out those that pose a potential health risk.

Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:

Some of these proven ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.

My Outbreak Nutrition Rise Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

There’s more to do if this is to be at the top of the pile.

Outbreak Nutrition have created a testosterone booster with just four (from eight) proven ingredients that can help increase natural testosterone production.

It has then included two further ingredients that may be able to lower stress levels, yet their influence directly on test stimulation is questionable.

Coming up from the rear are two unknown shadowy figures. And, nobody likes the unknown.

Armistane and Fadogia do not have any supporting evidence that they are either safe or effective.

Which begs the question; why include them?

Why indeed when there are lots of other proven and beneficial ingredients available that could have made the final cut.

Any final words for this review..?

It would have been far beneficial if more proven ingredients were included. As it is, there’s some really obvious and highly effective ingredients missing.

Thus, you should check out the better options, here.
