Protein Dynamix CAFFEINE & B VITAMIN Fat Burner Review

Protein Dynamix CAFFEINE & B VITAMIN Fat Burner Review

Protein Dynamix CAFFEINE & B VITAMIN Fat Burner First Look:

I’m away on vacation tomorrow and while my hopes of being beach body ready are as fragile as U.S – N.Korean/Syrian/Russian tensions at the moment I am keen to give it all I have tonight if anything just not to give up and feel bad about myself.

I figured I would spend most of the day in bed trying to sleep and sweat out a hangover while necking a few sachets of pre workout to help revive myself for another evening of drinking.

Then I saw these little bad boys in the store.

At first I dismissed them for being nothing more than a ninth of what would be found in a fat burner ingredient profile or that of a pre workout too.

So, while being a stimulant caffeine is also a thermogenic, able to help raise body temperature and increase your metabolic rate which in turn burns more calories.

However, upon further inspection this offers a bit more than an espresso in a capsule…

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

Riboflavin (B2) – Important for body growth and red blood cell production. It also aids in the release of energy from proteins.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1) – Thiamine is required by our bodies to properly use carbohydrates.

Some research suggests that taking thiamine together with pantethine and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) does not improve muscle strength or endurance in athletes.

Niacinamide (Vit B3) –  Higher amounts of niacin can improve cholesterol levels and lower cardiovascular risks and maybe symptoms for Alzheimer’s .

However, the jury is out on these real benefits.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) – One of 8 B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which the body uses to produce energy.

These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, also help the body use fats and protein. B complex vitamins are needed for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver.

They also help the nervous system function properly and is critical to the manufacture of red blood cells.

Vitamin B6 – Comprising three chemically distinct compounds pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is involved in the regulation of mental function and mood.

Vitamin B6 is also an essential homocysteine re-methylation cofactor, and deficiency is associated with increase in blood homocysteine levels.

Homocysteine is a risk factor for cerebrovascular disease and may also have directly toxic effects on neurons of the central nervous system.

Neuropsychiatric disorders including seizures, migraine, chronic pain and depression have been linked to vitamin B6 deficiency.

Dose

The advice is to take 2 tablets daily. This provides a maximum of 407.78mg per day.

As with any supplement such as this we would recommend a dose of 4 pills/soft gels to be taken evenly throughout the day to minimize large peaks and troughs of the nutrients to be utilized by your body as with the best products.

Benefits & Effects

Caffeine is not only great to stimulate weight loss, we all hit coffee for a reason first thing in the morning or during the afternoon slump. It is a stimulant and helps energize us and stay awake.

Popular amongst professional drivers, students, doctors, gamer’s and sports players. The improvements found with caffeinated drinks in concentration and endurance are well documented.

This is also much more potent that the popular energy drinks that promise to ‘give you wings’ as well.

Yet it doesn’t stop there, nope, Protein Dynamix has other stuff covered too…

B6 is often found in fat burners and B vitamins on the whole help your body use fats and carbohydrates for energy, notwithstanding releasing energy from proteins.

They also help manufacture red blood cells which carry oxygen around the cardiovascular system and to the muscles. They also take away the waste products too.

So all in all, a very useful bunch. It’s like having the Power Rangers at your disposal.

Negatives

For a quick ‘pick me up’ if you are tired these can be good.

However, the concern is that too much caffeine can give you the jitters and there is a fine line between being able to concentrate to becoming fidgety and irritable. This can lead to a break in concentration levels and sleepless nights.

Caffeine is only really effective when you have a low tolerance.

As I neck around 10 cups of coffee per day this will not have as much noticeable effect than someone who only has the occasional coffee or cup of tea.

By having the 2 tablets per day you will have reached the adult recommended daily allowance and it is too easy to just have another one, a bit like when you are in the bar and you want avoid going back home to your other half.

Any more than this can lead to dizziness, increased thirst, headaches and diarrhea.

This isn’t the purest kind of Caffeine either hich is found in the best supplements.

If this is to be used as part of a fat burner complex it just adds another supplement to around 8 or 9 other ones….that’s a lot of pills to be popping.

It is the same for a pre workout too.

Especially when you consider there is a great fat burner available that includes a high dose of Caffeine plus B vitamins and ingredients such as the proven Cayenne Pepper and Green Tea amongst others.

This is the same story for a pre workout, you could just use 4 Gauge instead of mixing a number of different ingredients yourself when it’s all prepared for you.

Protein Dynamix CAFFEINE & B VITAMIN Fat Burner Review Conclusion

For a quick hit to stave off tiredness and help contribute towards fat loss this is a good little supplement.

However a cup of coffee would be the preferred option for me.

If you are wanting to reduce your fat levels or really smash it up in the gym there are far better supplements out there with a full, deep ingredient profile that will do it all for you in a convenient manner.

Yet, compared to many of the singular ingredient supplements we see this has that edge with the host of useful B vitamins. Therefore, if you just want a Caffeine supplement you would be hard pressed to find a better option.
