Protein Dynamix Green Tea Extract Fat Burner Review

Protein Dynamix Green Tea Extract Fat Burner Review First Look:

As I fly off to a sunnier clime I wonder whether I could have done more to improve my physique…

I have certainly gotten bigger since changing my rep range from 8 to 3 and added much more weight, enough to make the blood vessels in my face burst anyway.

But alas I never really get round to doing any cardio, and I guess not just my waistline but my cardiovascular system will suffer long term especially as I flood my body with a concoction of beer and Jagerbombs (the auto correct for Jagerbombs is Letterbombs, not what I want at all!).

So while I look at myself in utter disgrace and turn a shade of pink in the sunshine while dribbling cheap beer down my flaccid torso I look towards the benefits of this particular fat burner supplement that appears to be just Green Tea extract…or is it?

Green Tea – well known to have many powerful health benefits. Clinical studies suggest that green tea extract may boost metabolism and help burn fat.

One study found that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in people who were overweight and moderately obese.

Some researchers think that substances in green tea known as catechins are responsible for the herb’s fat-burning effect. Green tea extract is found in many a good fat burning supplement.

Caffeine – It stimulates the central nervous system (CNS), heart, muscles, and the centers that control blood pressure to give you an extra boost and hit that PB.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form of caffeine so always look out for it.

This is found in 4 Gauge which is the best pre-workout.

It is also found in Instant Knockout which is the best fat burner available at present.

The advice is to take 2 tablets daily which equates to a huuuuuuge 9090mg.

That is a large dose!

Effects & Benefits:

Green tea is a proven fat burner.

So that’s great, just what we need and there’s loads of it with each daily serving.

The best fat burners always contain Green Tea and I would be surprised if a high scoring and effective fat burner didn’t include it.

There’s also Caffeine as well which is a known stimulant and thermogenic, by which is slightly raises body temperature which then burns more calories.

The best fat burner contains both of these ingredients.

This does have a large dose of the effective and proven Green Tea combined with Caffeine it lacks so much else.

So while it is a great ingredient, both of them on their own is not as effective as the more complete fat burners on the market which offer Green Tea, Caffeine plus an additional 7,8 or maybe 9 other proven ingredients.

This means you will need bottles galore of different supplements all trying to get the same result as you can with just one product.

I do not want to bash this completely but the Caffeine content is fairly low considering others serve around 200mg per day.

This particular fat burner offers that similar to a cup of instant coffee and less than a Red Bull.

Protein Dynamix Green Tea Extract Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

This is good, but it aint no cigar.

It offers a mammoth sized portion of Green Tea which is good and proven to help with burning fat.

It also offers Caffeine, which is also a proven fat burner, albeit a very low dose with this product.

However, that is where it ends. There’s nothing else available to stimulate your metabolism nor convert carbs and fats in to energy to assist you on that 12 mile bike ride.

It doesn’t really offer much in the way of convenience because you will need to supplement this supplement with other supplements.

Supplements such as Cayenne Pepper, Zinc, B vitamins, Magnesium…

You will literally be carrying around 15 pills with you all day.
