REVIEWED: Labrada Jamie Eason Signature Series Fat Loss Support Lean Body For Her Fat Burner

Labrada Jamie Eason Signature Series Fat Loss Support Fat Burner First Look:

I’m not keen on gender specific goods unless it is the morning after pill or sanitary towels.

But for supplements and foods, I think we can all benefit.

Which brings me on to a bucks party I was recently at. I wore a dress, looked like a woman, but deep within it was just short, fat shit Ben.

Which is why I am looking at this fat burner. Can a fat burner marketed just for women be good enough for a man wearing a dress?

I haven’t done much cardio recently and boy can I tell. In fact, I am sure everyone can tell. I have been reduced (should that be enlarged?) from a tones and strong guy to somewhat strong but with more characteristics of a power-lifter than cover model.

L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is taken for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation.

It is also used for stress, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).

Bitter Orange (Citrus Aurantium) – At present, Citrus aurantium may be the best thermogenic substitute for ephedra.

However, more studies are needed to establish this definitively.

Bitter orange is possibly unsafe when taken as a supplement for a medical purpose such as weight loss.

Bitter orange, particularly when taken with stimulants such as caffeine or caffeine-containing herbs, increases the risk for high blood pressure, fainting, heart attack, stroke, and other severe side effects.

There are reports that bitter orange can trigger headaches, including migraine and cluster headaches, in some people.

Bitter orange can cause sensitivity to the sun. Wear sunblock outside, especially if you are light-skinned.

Green Coffee Bean – Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid.

For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism. This is found in our favorite fat burner, Instant Knockout.

Calcium – Results show that training results in increased testosterone levels in athletes and that the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.

However, a recent study has warned against calcium supplementation due to the increased risk of a heart attack.

Iodine – Iodine is an essential component of the thyroid hormone which regulates many important biochemical reactions, including protein synthesis and enzymatic activity, and are critical determinants of metabolic activity.

Theacrine (1,3,7,9-tetramethyluric acid) – An alkaloid molecule which can be seen as a structurally modified version of caffeine.

However, although it is similar to caffeine whereby it has a sedative effect at relatively low doses, but where this sedative effect with caffeine is at an impractically low dose with theacrine it is the dose normally consumed by tea.

Research on Theacrine is really too sparse though to cast any real assertions.

Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) – One of 8 B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which the body uses to produce energy. These B vitamins, often referred to as B complex vitamins, also help the body use fats and protein.

B complex vitamins are needed for healthy skin, hair, eyes, and liver. They also help the nervous system function properly and is critical to the manufacture of red blood cells.

Caffeine – This can assist with endurance, tested athletes saw an edge from caffeine in scientific studies. In some trials, the stimulant boosted athletes’ speed. In others, it helped them last longer before they spent all their energy.

Caffeine also raises the metabolism which means you burn more calories. Some studies show that it can curb soreness after exercise, too. This means you could get back to your training sooner and training means more calories burnt. This is present in all 3 of our Top Fat Burners.

Caffeine Anhydrous is the purest form so always look for that.

Choline BiTartrate – Choline is mostly used for either its cognitive boosting properties or as a liver health agent, able to reduce fatty liver buildup.

It may also be a stimulant although this is based on anecdote. Requires around 250-500mg per day for cognitive benefits. Choline does not offer any significant benefits for aerobic capacity, fatigue or training capacity.

Naringin – This displays strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. Known as a citrus flavonoid and found in grapfruit, it is also good for reducing cholesterol, high blood pressure, overall obesity as well as improving cardiovascular health.

Dose:

We are instructed to take 2 capsules per day, we are also instructed to take them just before a meal.

We are only offered 1132.125mg per day. That is pretty dismal which ever way you look at it.

Effects & Benefits:

Caffeine and Coffee bean are found in Instant Knockout, which is our favorite fat burner. Because they are effective and proven to help stimulate fat burn.

Naringin is a really good addition and is not seen enough in fat burning supplements wich is odd considering the benefits.

There’s Citrus Aurantium which is a fat burning agent, however, it is potentially dangerous, particularly when taken with stimulants such as Caffeine.

Vitamin B5 can help the body convert food in to fuel which is great to have, however, more B vitamins would have been useful and L-Carnitine too.

There’s also the presence of a couple if ingredients which can help with cognitive function that are commonly found in Nootropics.

Negatives:

Citrus Aurantum is deemed potentially unsafe and can cause a heart attack in extreme cases. Nor does it seem to really offer any performance benefits.

Calcium can plaque arteries also potentially causing cardiovascular problems that Citrus Aurantium may have missed.

Theacrine isn’t really effective due to its mildness and research isn’t entirely conclusive as of yet.

There’s a really low daily dose and we seem to be missing many vital ingredients so often found in better products.

While I do not oppose ingredients to assist with cognitive function, do we need so many in a product that really isn’t specifically trying to offer those kind of benefits?

Labrada Jamie Eason Signature Series Fat Loss Support Fat Burner Review Conclusion:

So we have 3 decent and effective fat burning specific ingredients, I guess there’s also a third but that also accompanies a heart attack, with the risk increasing moreso with calcium.

B5 can help with the process of food in to energy, so all in all, when considering fat burn and increasing your metabolism without danger there’s 4 ingredients of 10 that are beneficial.

That doesn’t really paint a pretty picture.

It should be all of the ingredients being not only safe, but also effective and proven.

This lacks that in so many way and decides to go off on a tangent trying to boost cognitive health. I didn’t ask for that, thanks.

So while I cannot say it is completely useful and lacking in benefits, it’s not exactly focused.

Nor does it matter if you are a man or woman or anything to take this.
