Source Naturals 7-Keto Fat Burner Review // Worth Bothering With?
Source Naturals 7-Keto DHEA First Look:
What really got my attention for this product was the small label on the front.
At a glance it looks like the opening scenes or a poster for a sci-fi film.
Nothing I would associate with a fat burner or any supplement for that matter.
However, I was weirdly drawn to it and that is the first battle won for Source Naturals.
In a world of dreary and often unimaginative bottles and boxes this jumped out because it looked so out of place.
What is 7-Keto?
7-Keto DHEA – This is nonhormonal, and it appears to be a fat loss agent as it may increase the metabolic rate.
However, while studies in humans do look to be positive they are not entirely conclusive.
As far as it is currently known, doses of 400mg are probably optimal.
You can read more here.
1 pill per day which offers a measly 50mg – far short of the suggested 400mg.
1 pill per day is not optimal either, it would be better to have 4 pills spread evenly over the course of a day to continually feed your body of the supplement as per the best fat burner’s on the market.
Well, very little has been proven. Any real sign or evidence of 7-Keto increasing the metabolic rate has been no more impressive than that of Green Tea.
This, is then, not the wonder supplement it is made out to be.
Green tea has proven results behind the claims. This does not and this is why Green Tea feature’s in Instant Knockout which is widely regarded as being the most proficient fat burner on the market.
If you are looking for a quick and effective solution to fat loss, this is not it. Many people point towards it being effective yet in studies there just is not the evidence to suggest it is a worthy supplement.
In addition, studies are suggesting that for it to have a chance of offering any effects and benefit it would need to be dosed to 400mg per day, not the 50mg as instructed here.
Source Naturals 7-Keto Conclusion:
This is a single ingredient supplement aimed at those looking to increase their rate of fat loss.
However, it has yet to be proven in studies that this will offer the benefits promised.
In fact, it offer’s less than what Green Tea does and Green Tea is often found in combination with other ingredients to produce a full bodied fat loss supplement.
Therefore, it is pointless buying this. There are far more worthy products out there to use while in conjunction with a good diet and fitness plan.
