First Look

I am off the weights tonight, instead heading over to a friends house for a boozy evening and a bit of food. But mainly booze.

I have just taken delivery of my first ever cyclocross bike, so hopefully over this long Easter weekend I can get myself sorted on it and take it for a spin, although being able to freewheel down hills will feel strange after riding fixed for about eight years.

I have also got some decorating lined up tomorrow whilst hungover (can’t write or do exercise after beer) which may give me a slight shoulder pump form the paint roller, but other than that I just expect lots of loathing and disgust in my behavior.

So, with age creeping in, natural test levels naturally retreating, I need something that can help reverse and control my testosterone levels.

I also need a supplement that can maximize my time in the gym.

I’m at that point now where it is not plausible to spend every night working out.

I do not have the luxury of lots of free time to casually pick and choose exercise sessions like some younger people do, and I am sure there’s many out there in the same situation as me.

This bottle looks great in all black with the striking font with silver lettering.

It is very masculine.

However, it is also important to remember that women can enjoy the benefit of a natural test booster, too.

You can read more about that, here.

Ingredients: The Science

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D is a great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.

However, there are two types of Vitamin D. There’s calciferol (vitamin D2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – we are only interested in cholecalciferol which is D3; this is the type our skin synthesizes from the sun and becomes a hormone which results in the increases in our testosterone.

Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.

There’s a plenty of articles I have written covering the benefits of D3 you can read about, herehere and here.

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)

It seems that the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Serenoa Serrulata/Saw Palmetto

This fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.

It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Zinc

An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.

Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.

It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

Tribulus

This plant extract has been knocking around the fitness scene for years and has always been said to have great testosterone boosting capabilities.

However, the science contradicts these claims.
It was also said that the Eastern Bloc states supplemented this during the Cold Ware era
to win the highly lauded weightlifting competitions.
This was more likely a distraction technique to try and divert attention away from the fact they were all using steroids.
A recent study tested on professional rugby players from Australia proved that Tribulus does not affect testosterone levels on any measure.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali)

This is known as a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

3,4-Divanillyltetrahydrofuran (Stinging Nettle)

What looks like a big complicated looking chemical compound being used to describe something much simpler and common.

It is good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone directly.

That said, inflammation can be the cause of chronic disease such as obesity and upset hormone balance. So it is useful.

Dose

Just two tablets daily in one serving at a time with a meal.

We would recommend that you have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.

This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone and less peaks or troughs.

If you get too much of certain ingredients, that what the body doesn’t need at the time will be wasted and you will not feel the benefit.

Therefore, if you have a massive dose of Magnesium for instance yet your body is still processing and utilizing Magnesium from a meal you’ve recently had it will only use what is required.

What the body doesn’t require at the time will let it pass. Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

Each daily servings consists of just over 910mg which is far below the 3000mg that we are accustomed to and found in the better test boosters.

Pros

There are several ingredients included within this natural test booster and none of them fall within a proprietary blend which is reassuring to see.

So, at a first glance this looks promising.

With a sense of hope in the air let us delve further in to the ingredients to see what is good and what should have been left out.

Zinc is a vital mineral that, if you are lacking, your levels of testosterone will suffer. It also have many other health benefits, no less an aphrodisiac. There’s a good 30mg present.

D3 is good for not only raising test levels but can help against bone fractures and help improve cognitive function.

We can’t always get enough D3 from sunlight, therefore, some governments around the world encourage and advise the use of a D3 supplement.

Stinging nettle does not directly increase test levels. However, it can reduce inflammation and too much inflammation can inhibit natural testosterone secretion.

So, all in all, that’s three ingredients that can in some way help stimulate or protect testosterone levels.

Price

$102.00

Cons:

Okay, this is over $100 !

Yes, you read that correctly.

Then, apart from Zinc and D3 the remaining ingredients fall within a proprietary blend.

That blend means that although we know the total amount of ingredients for that blend, we do not know the exact breakdown per ingredient.

This could be mainly filler plus trace amounts of each ingredient listed.

This kind of practice is completely legal, as well.

Just remember that when you see a proprietary blend in other products, too.

This means that even though there are three excellent ingredients plus one that can be advantageous if you are infertile may not have any effect at all because there are only trace amounts per daily serving.

However, the amount of D3 per serving is one third of what we get in TestoFuel.

That proprietary blend hide the exact dose of the following ingredients:

Tribulus has still yet to have any reliable and reputable scholarly evidence that it can increase test levels. It does on the other hand have a study which proves it does not increase the male hormone.

Saw Palmetto is one that nearly could go in the poistives camp. This is because it does help suppress prostate growth, but that is more common with people who abuse anabolic steroid abuse and isn’t really warranted in this situation.

Horny Goat Weed is potentially useful for those suffering with impotency, but nothing confirmed for test level increases.

Longjack may help with fertility but nothing concrete in humans regarding hormone changes.

This means that actually, there are more ingredients present that are not proven to increase testosterone levels than those that are.

Plus, they fall within a proprietary blend of 880mg which we have no idea to the breakdown of each individual ingredient.

Now, we have had some feedback from one of our followers on Facebook which is a bit concerning.

Essentially in order to get a free sample you must pay for shipping, by which they then have your bank details and send out further bottles charging your credit card.

If you then wish to be refunded you have to send everything back at your own expense.

This practice is still ongoing, so please be careful and fully read terms and conditions before you buy!

My Dyna Storm Nutrition Code Black Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

So, when it boils down to it. There’s just two reliable ingredients that can stimulate testosterone production.

There’s a further ingredient that can help reduce inflammation which to fight off the rise of chronic disease or hormone imbalance.

However, then there’s a clear 60% of this supplement that has no clear proven ability to assist with improving natural test levels.

Not only that, they fall within a proprietary blend anyway. Therefore they could only be present in trace amounts.

To make matters worse, D3 is in a low dose when compared to other T boosters.

Also, it would be best to proceed buying this online with caution. It seems there could be some underhand foul play regarding free samples.

Any final words for this review..?

Apart from two solid ingredients, the rest are not going to really optimize T levels.

At this price I expect the best, and so should you.

However, at present, you should check out what the better options, here.
