Egg

Not only are eggs a good source of Protein, Potassium (which help prevent cramping muscles) and healthy fats; they also contain Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and B12 which all help to trigger testosterone in your body.

Baking Potato

Not only do potato’s contain hardly any fat, they are low in salt and sugar. However, contain Vitamin B6 and Magnesium!
