Brute Nutrition Brute Test Testosterone Booster Review // Is It A Trap?

My Brute Nutrition Brute Test Testosterone Booster Review First look

Brute Nutrition’s branding looks quite gaudy, something that would be seen in the locker room of a husband from the Housewives of Orange County.

With it’s feminine gold and opal accouterments it is not something I would particularly want to pick up off the shelf.

This is the complete exact opposite of the hardcore and illegal looking products we so often overlook as well.

However, beauty, or branding at least is only skin deep.

Ingredients: The Science

untitled

Wild Yam Extract

Taking wild yam extract will not increase DHEA levels in people. Individuals who are interested in taking DHEA should avoid wild yam products labeled as “natural DHEA.” This is found in our list of ingredients to AVOID.

Calcium

Results show that training results in increased testosterone levels in athletes and that the increase is greater if accompanied by calcium supplementation.

However, a recent study has warned against calcium supplementation due to the increased risk of a heart attack.

Horny Goat Weed

Epimedium, the suspected active component of horny goat weed, appears to act as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, similar to some drugs used for erectile dysfunction.

It does not, however, stimulate testosterone production.

Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali)

Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.

Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.

Saw Palmetto

This fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false. It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.

Nettle Root

Good for reducing inflammation and an enlarged prostate but has no effect on testosterone.

Orchic Substance

Claimed to help stimulate testosterone in men. However, there is currently no evidence to support this claim.

Sarsaparilla

Athletes sometimes use sarsaparilla as a steroid for performance enhancement.

Some supplement makers claim that chemicals (sterols) in sarsaparilla can be converted to anabolic steroids like testosterone. But this is a false claim.

Boron

Boron is great for the older lifter or those doing high weight low rep work as it helps to reduce inflammation, something that is found in PrimeMale, which I am a fan of.

Testosterone boosting ingredients

Dose

Just 2 woeful pills per day. In fear of repeating myself, to get the best from a product like this 4 pills per day will help your body maximize the ingredients on offer and also help prevent huge peaks and dismal troughs only experienced by a meth user coming off the drugs.

Not only that it seems they are providing a children’s portion by offering only 384.56mg per day with a single daily dose. This is around 12.5% of what we would find in the best testosterone booster on the market at the moment.

Scandalous!

Pros

There is one beneficial ingredient for testosterone stimulation is calcium.

The other effective ingredients that are present in this product are nothing to do with testosterone production at all.

Nettle and Boron can help with inflammation, inflammation can cause many issues including pain in joints but also obesity.

However, as a product that can stimulate testosterone production, overall, this does next to nothing.

This is also a secretive proprietary blend, hear more about that below.

Cons

I cannot avoid the fact that does so little to stimulate testosterone at all.

It omits many, simple, proven and effective ingredients that are found in the best testosterone boosters on the market.

Not only this, it also includes 4 ingredients that are included in our list to avoid due to not being effective whatsoever.

The daily dose is only not optimal it is way less than a quarter as you would get in a good testosterone booster.

At $49.99 for a month for literally nothing, and that is nothing as in the mass of the product and no effects or benefits to be had at all in a real world situation.

This is so far from anything in the top 3 listing of testosterone boosters that it may as well be on the moon.

My Brute Test Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion

I am perplexed as to why this has even been brought to the market.

It lacks so much that it is should be illegal and not for the right reasons at all, it should be taken from the shelves because it is nothing more than a false offering. It will not work.

There’s such a lack of ingredients that I cannot understand how this is expected to work or how they can justify the price of nearly $50.

Do not be tempted by the gold and opal label, it’s a trap.

  1. Sounds like you’ve never tired it. And what products are you using? Because it looks like you need to change yours up too haha. And the weight behind you in your video we all know you can’t lift that.

    1. Hi Mustang,

As a rule of thumb, I will use TestoFuel as this works well for myself and it contains a wealth of proven ingredients and those ingredients are not hidden behind a proprietary blend as this is.

As you can see the ingredients included in this product offer very little in terms of stimulating testosterone production.

The weight in that video on the squat rack is a combined 170kgs. I do three reps over three sets as that works well for me and I am looking to increase strength rather than build size, sculpt or increase endurance.

  2. What the hell are you saying ? Don’t use this product than ? Because you my friend seems , to be talking, but your not talking . More like double talking about nothing . So do we use this product or not. A smiple answers

    1. Hi Freddie,

      Thanks for your calm comments.

If I can summarize the review for you, it is this: It’s not very good, best not to buy it when there are other, better products on the market that can stimulate testosterone production whereas this will not.

      Thanks.
