My Evlution Nutrition EVLTEST Training & Recovery Testosterone Booster Review
Many men notice that as they age they become a little less energetic, a little less horny and bit fat.
Lot’s of men will also find it more difficult to maintain muscle mass and strength.
With these factors acting against us, it is no wonder guys just accept their fate and drop to the wayside.
As men age, they often make less testosterone – [https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/understanding-how-testosterone-affects-men]
However, it does not have to be like this…
Well formulated test boosters can elevate testosterone levels.
A lack of testosterone can create a whole number of health issues, not just screwing up your bench press.
The key to more muscle, better sexual function and overall health is more testosterone.
But modern research shows us that testosterone is beneficial for more than just muscle building.
It is important that men actually maintain a high and healthy level of testosterone.

That is because men suffer from the male version of the menopause, it is called the andropause.
The menopause effects women differently to men.
Changes relating to Andropause happen over a much longer period of time. This makes it almost unnoticeable.

Evlution Nutrition are a well established supplement brand with a large range of products on offer.
They proclaim to be the most trusted nutrition “..partner…”.
This means you are not alone in your quest to improve your physical fitness.
Evlution Nutrition also claim to evolve their products to ensure they are the best possible.
This much is true, because we have previously reviewed EVLTEST quite a long time ago, and this is marginally different.
However, is it a change for the better?
That’s what we want to find out!
Five proven testosterone boosting ingredients
Tribulus could be dangerous
Omits other proven ingredients
Ingredients: The Science
So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:
– D-Aspartic Acid, DAA
D-aspartic acid is one of two forms of the amino acid aspartic acid.
The other form is L-aspartate. The benefits of D-AA are specific to it, and do not extend to aspartic acid or L-aspartate.
D-AA can be used as a testosterone booster for infertile men, and by athletes as a booster.
D-AA works in the central brain region to cause a release of hormones.
Such as luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and growth hormone.
Importantly, unlike some pro-hormones and steroids, it does not raise estrogen levels which can result in gyno or puffy niples.
A dose of 2000-3000mg is required daily.
DAA is found in the most effective and beneficial testosterone boosters.
You can read more in to the benefits of D-Aspartic Acid supplementation, here.
– Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 plays a key role in 100s of metabolic reactions in the human body, including immunity, blood flow, brain development, and the metabolism of protein, amino acids, carbohydrates, and fats.
It also plays a role in regulating your steroidal hormones (including the sex hormones) and the hormonal secretions from your pituitary gland.
Some experts think that Vitamin B6 could work as a test booster by blocking T-binding activity in the cell receptors involved with binding to (and inactivating) testosterone.
Supplemental magnesium can have a positive impact on your test levels in less obvious ways, too.
Magnesium is well knows as a sleep aid (it is often combined with zinc and B6 as ZMA).
It can also control anxiety by blocking stress hormones.
A study from 2011 looked at the effects of magnesium supplementation on the test levels of athletes and sedentary people after exercise, and found that both groups had an increase of free and total testosterone levels.
The good news for us is that the increase was more significant in the athletic group.
A 2006 study examined the testosterone levels of elite athletes (wrestlers) who had supplemented with a daily supplemental dose of zinc for one month.
They had significantly higher testosterone (and thyroid) levels, compared to a placebo group who saw a reduction in free testosterone.
– Vitamin D
D3 is a great Testosterone boosting vitamin that must be taken advantage of to trigger further production of Testosterone in your body.
Not only is Vitamin D3 a great testosterone boosting ingredients it is also good for healthy heart function.
A 5 year study by the University of Leeds in the UK found startling improvements in the pumping ability of the patients (suffering heart failure) who were being administered vitamin D3.
It is also good to note that vitamin D3 is more effective that the synthetic D2 which is available and sometimes turns up in some lower grade testosterone boosters.
Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.
– Tribulus Terrestris
The many tests on Tribulus have found no increases in testosterone levels.
It has failed to increase natural testosterone levels. Research shows that it does not increase physical performance.
Here’s three studies to review.
[Antonio J, et al. The effects of Tribulus terrestris on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. Int J Sport Nutr Exerc Metab. (2000)]
[Rogerson S, et al. The effect of five weeks of Tribulus terrestris supplementation on muscle strength and body composition during preseason training in elite rugby league players. J Strength Cond Res. (2007)]
[Neychev VK, Mitev VI. The aphrodisiac herb Tribulus terrestris does not influence the androgen production in young men. J Ethnopharmacol. (2005)]
– DIM (Diindolylmethane)
Diindolylmethane appears to promote a healthy balance of testosterone in the body and is found in vegetables such as broccoli.
Cruciferous vegetables which contain high levels of DIM such as broccoli are eaten by many professional athletes such as rugby league players for their benefits.
How To Take EVLTEST Test Support Complex
Unlike most test booster supplements, this is in powder form.
So, we have to take one scoop daily.
It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.
This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.
This will end peaks and troughs.
If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.
Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.
It is better to have a continued trickle effect.
This results in a daily dose of 4321mg is up there with the best test boosters.
On paper this doesn’t look too bad…
EVLTEST is made up of mostly effective ingredients.
You cannot argue with the combination of:
- Vitamin D3
This collection of five ingredients are all proven to be effective testosterone elevators.
They are also found in the best test boosters such as TestoFuel.
It is reassuring to see that DIM is included too.
DIM helps regulate estrogen levels, and to stop them getting out of hand.
This is why so many athletes each broccoli because it contains DIM.
It is very cheap, too.
The doses of some ingredients are low and it misses out on lots of proven ingredients.
This is also the ‘evolution’ of the original EVLTEST product, but from what I can see, Evlution Nutrition have just dropped Fenugreek from the ingredients list.
That seems like an odd decision because Fenugreek increases test levels.
This is also a one serving per day dose. That is not optimal.
Let’s also consider that this is in powder format too.
When supplements are mixed with water, it means the body processes the nutrients much more quickly.
It also means that they can pass through the system easier too, and wasted.

Tribulus is not confirmed to help benefit test levels at all.
I have read through some further product reviews and it does not look promising.
There are lots of people saying it does not work. They have regular blood tests to confirm.
Others are saying that they are experiencing headaches, too.
Can EVLTEST cause unwanted side effects?
This supplement is mainly safe to use.
However, tribulus is making a name for itself…
If you are on certain medication to control blood pressure please do not take this supplement.
Lab tests on animals link tribulus to problems in fetal development. So stay away from tribulus if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Women may also have period problems.
Also, men should be aware that there are some concerns about possible links between tribulus and prostate problems.
Both men and women may have problems sleeping with products containing tribulus.
What Improvements Could Be Made to EVLTEST?
This test booster needs more research and development.
At present it doesn’t offer the breadth of proven test boosting ingredients.
There’s only five ingredients in total that are effective at raising test levels.
Then there’s the potential health risks of tribulus.
This testosterone booster supplement also omits a number of safe and proven ingredients that should be included.
Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:
- Vit. C
These ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.
My Evlution Nutrition EVLTEST Training & Recovery Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion
More needs to be done for this to be effective.
This does contain five good and well established ingredients to raise testosterone levels.
However, that is many less than other beneficial supplements.
There’s also the risks associated with Tribulus, so if you are a women stay clear.
It is also strange that they decided to change the old formula by dropping the proven Fenugreek form the ingredients.
Other reviews are not particularly positive.
Any final words for this review..?
More ingredients should be included for better results.
