Fuel 10k Protibrick Protein Wheat Biscuits Cereal Review
Fuel 10k is about the notion that to become an expert or achieve excellence in your chosen field you need to spend 10,000 hours practicing.
Obviously you need nourishment to spend 10,000 hours practicing and that is where Fuel 10k fall in to the equation with a whole range of protein rich breakfast products to start you off in good stead each morning. In order to benefit from increasing your testosterone levels which will improve your muscle size and strength you need to fuel those gainz with protein.
The Fuel 10k range is all very moody and masculine in their appearance with a strong hint of extreme sports. I feel that they’ve consulted the same marketing brains who flog big ‘lifestyle’ SUV’s and pick-up trucks to the upwardly mobile, affluent young professionals and the middle aged dads who have rediscovered their lycra and neoprene.
Wholegrain Wheat (90%)
Soy Flour (4%)

– Testosterone boosting ingredients –
Each 40g serving provides 6.3g of protein from wheat and soy flour. This translates as almost as much protein as an egg.
When working out you need enough protein for muscle recovery otherwise muscular dystrophy can set in. Each Protibrick contains a good amount of carbohydrates, fibre and calories to keep you energised and the added protein will also help you feel fuller for longer.
After a long sleep you have been without any sustenance for a good number of hours so smashing a few of these Protibricks first thing in the morning with a good helping of skimmed milk will set you up for the day ahead.
Crucially sugar and salt content is low.
Wholegrain wheat contains Zinc, Magnesium and a whole host of B Vitamins which are all great for boosting your natural production of testosterone which will assist in cutting fat, building strength and size. The Folic acid also helps.
I can think of very few negatives to be honest…I would like to see a higher protein content but I assume it would affect the make up and perhaps the structure to each Protibrick. They’re not quite as refined as a Weetabix but for me I like the coarse texture.
My Fuel 10k Protibrick Cereal Review:
I think this is a great product and one I have started eating regularly, however, not as a breakfast for me I want more protein first thing in the morning so I hit the eggs. For me these are a great mid afternoon snack to persuade hunger to sod off before I get home for my evening meal. I use skimmed milk and sprinkle milled flaxseed over the top for extra omega 3 and even more protein.
I would recommend this as part of a complete day stack
