Invictus Labs ALPHA ELITE Review – Testosterone Gains?
My Invictus Labs ALPHA ELITE Testosterone Booster Review First Look
Can Alpha Elite from Invictus Labs increase testosterone?
Building on the success and popularity of SUPREME TEST by Invictus Labs they look like they are staying with a similar formula.
The bottle is black with white and red highlights.
It is all very masculine and when asking my girlfriend what she thought of it, she just said it was something for men to use and should wouldn’t even consider it.
However, is that missed opportunity?
Especially with the rise in women hitting the gym and even taking mild steroids such as Anavar if the media is to be believed.
Even if it is or not, this product from Invictus Labs is clearly aimed at raising testosterone levels.
It looks like a premium product. It looks like something we can trust.
As men age, they often make less testosterone – [https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/understanding-how-testosterone-affects-men]
Can ALPHA ELITE hit the mark? Let’s look at their background…
Who Are Invictus Labs?
Invictus Labs say that they are committed to wellness and health.
They have a wide range of dietary supplements.
These consist of test boosters, anxiety reducers and even beard growth development supplements.
Everything is made in the U.S with natural ingredients.
What Are the claims from ALPHA ELITE by Invictus Labs?
- Boost testosterone
- Increase libido
- Increase muscle
- Restore stamina
2 proven test boosting ingredients
78% of the ingredients are not proven
Negative side effects
ALPHA ELITE Ingredients: The Science
So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:
A 2006 study examined the testosterone levels of elite athletes (wrestlers) who had supplemented with a daily supplemental dose of zinc for one month.
They had significantly higher testosterone (and thyroid) levels, compared to a placebo group who saw a reduction in free testosterone.
– Tribulus Terrestris
The many tests on Tribulus have found no increases in testosterone levels.
It has failed to increase natural testosterone levels. Research shows that it does not increase physical performance.
– Eurycoma Longifolia (Longjack)
There are some claims that Longjack will increase testosterone levels.
Yet, there is very little evidence surrounding the claims.
There’s no human studies available proving that Longjack is effective when taken orally.
– Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium)
The theory is that Horny Goat Weed can increase testosterone levels.
In reality there isn’t any available evidence proving that it does increase testosterone when research through the studies.
Studies have proven that both athletes and men who lead inactive lifestyles can see an increase in testosterone levels with Magnesium supplementation.
Supplementing with Magnesium also had a positive effect on older men too.
Studies showed that muscle strength will improve when taking Magnesium.
Laboratory research suggests that chrysin might increase testosterone, but research in humans hasn’t found any effect on testosterone levels.
The amount of Chrysin that is absorbed from the intestine may be very small, which would make the effects unlikely.
Research seems to suggest that even massive does of Chrysin in the region of 400 – 3000mg do not have any effect.
On a plus note, there seems to be very little risk with taking Chrysin.
– Saw Palmetto
There is a lack of evidence proving that this will increase testosterone levels.
Yet the primary use of the dried fruit is to reduce prostate growth. However, even this has shown varying degrees of proof.
There’s even reports of it being used for improving sexual function
That said, Saw Palmetto has caused some minor sexual dysfunction in test subjects.
– Cissus quadrangularis
Cissus may help improve joint and bone health.
There are some very questionable studies available noting improved fracture healing.
A theory that testosterone can be increased has yet to be confirmed, as such, should this ingredient really be included in a test booster?
– Hawthorn (Crataegus pinnatifida)
There are no official scientific human studies available for Hawthorn. That is not the most promising news.
It does appear in some heart failure ingredients with the theory that it can improve heart failure symptoms.
However, there’s signs that it can actually worsen symptoms for those suffering from heart failure.
This can lead to death.
Thus, we have no idea how it may effect hormone production.
ALPHA ELITE by Invictus Labs Directions
This recommends that we take three tablets daily.
In one dose of three just before bedtime.
It is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.
This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.
This will prevent peaks and troughs.
If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.
Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.
It is better to have a continued trickle effect.
ALPHA ELITE Dose
This results in a daily dose of just over 1350mg.
This low dose is much less than what you would find in the best natural testosterone boosters.
ALPHA ELITE Price
We are faced with nine total ingredients and full dose transparency.
This looks promising.
Then we are faced with some good, proven ingredients such as:
And…that’s it I’m afraid.
Just two proven ingredients that are able to help elevate your natural levels of testosterone.
That’s not too good.
I am not impressed with the amount of ingredients included.
The majority of ingredients do not offer any proof that they can increase testosterone secretion.
This is not a good shout. Especially considering the large claims that ALPHA ELITE has on the product page.
Here’s the low down on the failing ingredients…
- Tribulus is not confirmed to help benefit test levels at all. Thorough testing has proven that it does not increase testosterone production.
- Tongkat has no studies confirming its effectiveness.
- Horny Goat Weed is lacking scientific proof that it will increase test levels.
- Chrysin cannot be absorbed properly, therefore deemed pointless.
- Hawthorn may lead to death if you’re suffering from heart failure.
- Cissus is unconfirmed of its abilities.
- Saw Palmetto has demonstrated contradicting results.
ALPHA ELITE by Invictus Labs appears to be a very new product so I cannot find any comparable reviews of the test booster just yet.
However, we can find out what potential unwanted side effects there may be from the ingredients.
Unwanted ALPHA ELITE Side Effects
How will the ALPHA ELITE testosterone booster react with people according to the available studies?
This supplement is mainly safe to use. There’s some issues though regarding side effects.
- Tribulus is making a name for itself…
If you are on certain medication to control blood pressure please do not take this supplement.
Lab tests on animals link tribulus to problems in fetal development. So stay away from tribulus if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Women may also have period problems.
Also, men should be aware that there are some concerns about possible links between tribulus and prostate problems.
Both men and women may have problems sleeping with products containing tribulus.
You may experience nausea, an upset stomach, fatigue, headaches, insomnia and become agitated.
More importantly, do not use this if you have heart disease or are using drugs to treat a heart condition.
Users of Chrysin may find bleeding is more difficult to clot.
- Saw Palmetto
There are some reports that men who have used Saw Palmetto suffer from tender breast tissue and a lack of sexual desire.
- Horny Goat Weed
At worst this may cause low blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat.

What Improvements Could Be Made to ALPHA ELITE?
This is an unimpressive product.
The majority of these ingredients do not help increase testosterone levels.
In fact, the majority of these ingredients have some sort of negative side effects which may harm your health.
Two ingredients cause fatigue and upset sexual function.
That contradicts the claims from Invictus Labs.
Look at the ingredients listed below which would be of benefit:
- Vit. C
- D-Aspartic Acid
Some of these proven ingredients are included in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.
My Invictus Labs ALPHA ELITE Testosterone Booster Review Conclusion
I refute the claims of this product!
This product only includes two proven ingredients that are able to help elevate natural testosterone levels.
That is from a total of nine ingredients. Those two proven ingredients account for just 22% of the whole product. That means 78% are not helping.
That is a poor success rate.
Let us also consider the claims for this testosterone booster which are to increase testosterone, decrease fatigue and increase sexual virility to mention just a few.
However, there’s just two helpful ingredients and an ingredient that can cause fatigue and another which can lower sexual desire.
Any final words for this review..?
Most of the ingredients should be replaced with proven and established ingredients.
Thus, you should check out the better options, here.

It is hard not to make a good case for Prime Male because it is so effective due to its large number of proven and distinctly well regarded ingredient profile.

Along with TestoFuel, TestRX contains some higher doses of the ever important yet often overlooked Vitamin D3 and D-Aspartic Acid.
TestRX has also been on the scene for a good number of years, this longevity is a reflection of the powerful ingredients included.
It’s only reason for a lower score is the lower number of ingredients included.

- Well established product standing the test of time
- Fewer number of total ingredients included per dose
- Omits a couple important ingredients such as Boron

This is has been my first choice for over three years now and I couldn’t feel better without it.
