I feel absolutely dreadful today.
Too much, repentant boozing at the weekend has taken its toll mentally and physically.
A Honda Civic Type R seems also to have taken its toll on my lower back which is not feeling great today either.
So, having caught the bus to work this morning after having a night of broken sleep I am looking forward to getting on my bicycle blowing away the cobwebs later and also hitting the gym.
I am also looking forward to the person who has ‘won’ my Civic on eBay to just giving me some cash and taking the wretched thing away.
No more silly hard suspension, sports exhaust and low profile tires, not if I want to preserve my sanity and potentially my relationship. It also reeks of mid life crisis.
Unfortunately I am not a technical marvel like the Civic.
I am also fully aware that I am approaching my mid thirties, as such, my natural testosterone levels are not quite as high as they were 10 years ago.
This can lead to a reduction of muscle mass and strength, it can also mean that I will put on fat mass too.
My mood may also take a bit of a nose dive too, along with bone health. Not withstanding a loss of energy levels which may leave you feeling less sprightly.

Hawthorn Berries – At best this ingredient may help with reducing inflammation and blood flow but there’s no concrete evidence to be found regarding increasing testosterone levels. Every article relating to testosterone increases with Hawthorn berries is on a site wanting you to buy them.
Saw Palmetto – this fatty acid was long touted to help boost testosterone levels, but those claims turned out to be false.
It is effective in suppressing prostate growth though. So could help if you are taking steroids or Prohormones.
Tribulus – Once again, the old tribulus raises its ugly head.
The problem is that because this has been touted about for so long as a bit of a miracle plant extract used by the mysterious Eastern Bloc Olympic Athletes during the Cold War people have started to believe the hype and it is an easily recognizable ingredient the ill informed will have heard about down the gym.
The issue is that it has not been scientifically proven to raise testosterone levels in any shape or form.
In fact, in studies using elite professional Australian rugby players as participants Tribulus did not produce the large gains in strength or lean muscle mass that many manufacturers claim can be experienced.
Avoid like a medieval plague if you are looking for muscular gainz.
Longjack (Eurycoma Longifolia, TongKat Ali) – Is a pro-fertility agent and aphrodisiac that appears to have a large body of evidence supporting this role and some evidence suggesting it may be an anti-estrogen and pro-erectile agent.
Although there’s some research to suggest it may increase testosterone levels in animals and humans it is pretty lackluster which doesn’t bode too well.
Magnesium – Research into magnesium supplementation also increased testosterone production in men.
Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster.
Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems.In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels.
It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.
The label instructs us to have up to 3 tablets per day.
It is recommended that we have at least 4 tablets spread evenly across the day, as per the best testosterone booster on the market.
When you have more doses throughout the day it ensures your body always has nutrients to work with.
Additionally, if your body receives an overload of ingredients at once, it will not utilize anything it doesn’t require at the time which can lead to waste.
Each daily serving equates to 1305mg which is not exactly a wonderful amount.
This is less than what we find in effective testosterone boosters such as Prime Male.
Effects & Benefits:
Only Magnesium and Zinc will help increase testosterone production.
These two ingredients are found in the best testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel.
Only two of the total nine ingredients are proven to be effective at increasing testosterone levels.
That leaves us with a hole of just over 77% which is not proven nor effective or beneficial to increase our testosterone levels.
That is a terrible success rate.
The daily dose is low too when compared to other testosterone boosters that are highly rated.

This is not going to offer a great deal of testosterone stimulating benefit.
There’s a low daily dose of less than 1500mg plus it only contains 2 effective and scientifically proven ingredients that are able to increase testosterone levels.
That is not a good result when you consider testosterone boosters such as TestoFuel which I use offer over 8 proven ingredients with adequate and effective doses.
