First Look

Let’s look a little more closely at this testosterone booster from Performance Lab.

This looks to be a new brand and range of healthcare supplements on the market.

They all follow the same design and color scheme principles, truth be told, it all looks very good.

There is a premium feel to each product and I get the impression that Performance Lab are taking aim at the health conscious buyers who are perhaps over 30.

This demographic are not necessarily looking to build huge muscles in the gym, but to assist their exercise and healthcare routine to perform optimally.

‘As men age, they often make less testosterone’ [1]

Can this T-Booster from Performance Lab hit the mark? Let’s look at their background…

Who Advanced Performance Lab?

Performance Lab are newcomers to the supplement market.

They look to help improve overall bodily health by combining biology and quality to produce the best products.

T-Booster Ingredients: The Science

So, let’s list through each ingredient and look at the associated studies:

– Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is able to reduce stress and fatigue which can have a negative effect on testicular health.

This root has demonstrated its ability to increase male fertility and improve testosterone levels. [2]

– Mucuna Pruriens

These seeds not only reactivates the anti-oxidant defense system of infertile men but it also helps in the management of stress and improves semen quality!

Mucuna pruriens is also proven to help increase testosterone levels. [3]

– D-Aspartic Acid (DAA)

Researchers believe that due to the current evidence available that d-aspartic acid can increase testosterone levels in men who are infertile as well as athletes in order to improve muscular strength and build mass. [4]

DAA is found in the most effective and beneficial testosterone boosters.

You can read more in to the benefits of D-Aspartic Acid supplementation, here.

– Luteolin

Studies in to luteolin proof that it can help reduce estrogen levels. [5]

This is important because too much estrogen will prevent testosterone production.

You can read more about the importance of luteolin when trying to increase testosterone levels, here.

How To Take Sport T-Booster

We are to take two capsules per day.

Although there are no instructions on their site on how and when to take the capsules.

We would advise that it is better to spread the dose out over the course of the day.

This ensures our body has a constant supply of nutrients to work with.

This will prevent peaks and troughs.

If you supply your body with lots of the same nutrients at once it will pass what is not required.

Thus, a higher chance of waste and less benefits.

It is better to have a continued trickle effect.

Sport T-Booster Dose

A daily dose is 1480mg per two caps.

This dose is about 50% of what you would find in the best natural testosterone boosters which will consist of around 3000mg or more.

Price

$50 / £40 – this is not a bad price for a quality product.

However, if you buy 2 bottles you get a 5% saving. This is increased to a 10% saving if 3 bottles are bought.

You can pay in different currencies and even PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Pros

Each ingredient has clincial evidence that it can help support your natural testosterone levels.

Each ingredient is beneficial. There’s also the studies available for each ingredient to prove it, too.

So on that basis, it is a 100% winner.

Especially as you have the testosterone stimulating effects from the D-Aspartic Acid, Mucuna can improve semen quality and Ashwagandha reduce stress.

Luteolin is then able to combat estrogen.

Each ingredient is included to help your body produce a healthy level of testosterone.

SPORT T-Booster appears to be fulfilling all of its claims!

This is also a plant based product.

Everything is vegan friendly, natural, allergen free, soy free, gluten free and non GMO.

Basically if you live in hemp clothing you will love these supplements.

Cons

More ingredients would be ideal.

There’s other test boosters that include many more proven ingredients.

Lab Sport T-Booster Side Effects

There’s no unwanted side effects.

These products from Performance Lab have been developed with nature and your health in mind.

There’s nothing included that will have a negative effect on you.

Any Banned Substances?

None of the included ingredients feature on the 2019 list of banned substances released by WADA [6].

As a result, this should be safe for athletes and military personnel who are tested for performance enhancing drugs.

Performance Lab Sport T-Booster  Review Conclusion

This offers a solid starting point.

However, I would like to see further development whereby this includes more ingredients.

For instance B vitamins would be useful, as would D3 plus DIM to help lower estrogen in combination with luteolin.

This will serve its purpose for those looking to improve their health, including those who live by a strict environmentally friendly diet.

T-Booster from Performance Lab does do everything that it claims to do and each ingredient does have supporting evidence.

Any final words for this review..?

It would have been far beneficial if more proven ingredients were included.
