Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Arnold Iron Test Testosterone Booster Review

Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Arnold Iron Test Testosterone Booster Review

First Look:

Anything to do with Arnie is fricking awesome by me, he can do no wrong in my book. I have watched the Terminator movies and Pumping Iron so many times I can reel the words off to you, damn, I can even perform the while movies right now, on stage or at Shakespeare’s Globe in London if people want?

So when Arnold brings out his line of supplements that’s it, they must be the best, surely?

It all looks so good, great presentation, great color, bottle the whole shebang…

As expected, this is not exactly the dreary run of the mill product we are so accustomed to, in fact it has the hallmars of a good product, Arnie, it seems, has not been too shy with the effective ingredients.

Vitamin D3 – Research by the US Library of Medicine has shown that testosterone productions are increased with Vitamin D3 supplementation.

Zinc – An aphrodisiac and Testosterone Booster, but it will only raise testosterone levels if the user is deficient in zinc. Zinc is also very important for the functioning of the enzyme, hormone, and immune systems. In very high doses, zinc can act as an aromatase inhibitor and reduce estrogen levels. It is also a potent antioxidant and can provide benefits for prostate issues.

But then, this is where it gets a little murky and Arnold becomes a little less that forthcoming as we are subject to a proprietary blend, a proprietary blend is the one of the biggest shams in the supplement industry because although we can see what ingredients make up the blend, we are not aware of how much for each, so we could only be receiving trace amounts. Not cool.

Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum) – It is claimed by researchers that fenugreek works to increase testosterone or androgen levels, which decrease as you age.

.D-AA, D-Aspartate, DAA – D-aspartic acid is one of two forms of the amino acid aspartic acid. The other form is L-aspartate. The benefits of D-AA are specific to it, and do not extend to aspartic acid or L-aspartate. D-AA can be used as a testosterone booster for infertile men, and by athletes as a temporary booster. Elevated testosterone levels only last a week to a week and a half in healthy men, with testosterone returning to normal afterward. D-AA works in the central brain region to cause a release of hormones, such as luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and growth hormone. It may also build up in the testicles, where it alleviates a rate-limiting step of Testosterone synthesis, which leads to testosterone increase.

Boron – Boron is great for the older lifter or those doing high weight low rep work as it helps to reduce inflammation, something that is found in PrimeMale, which I am a fan of.

Arginine Nitrate – Potent regulatory of blood flow and vasodilatation via its metabolite Nitric Oxide. It also appears to reduce blood pressure in instances where blood pressure is raised as well as enhance exercise performance secondary to reducing the oxygen cost of exercise. The optimal dosage is 440-870mg for a 150lb person and then increases accordingly.

Indole-3-carbinol – This is a negative regulator of estrogen.

Dose:

4 capsules a day, this is ideal and is recommended by our top 3 testosterone boosters. This way your body has a constant trickle of the ingredients to work with in order to stimulate testosterone. However, the recommended dosing schedule is 2 capsules at once in the morning and then 2 later on the day which prevents that constant elevated effect of the ingredients. There is 2760.02mg per daily serving which isn’t quite as much compared to some others.

Take a look at our Top 3 boosters for something effective.

Effects:

There are 7 ingredients here to help stimulate testosterone, however, 2 of those don’t. Boron is good for inflammation but not testosterone, Arginine Nitrate may make you feel stronger because it can enhance exercise, so essentially this is like what they use to cut cocaine with, a cheap chemical that makes your face feel numb which is a hallmark of cocaine but it actually is just a cheap anesthetic.

Those 2 aside we do have proven ingredients, Vitamin D3, D-Aspartic Acid and Fenugreek which are found in the best testosterone boosters on the market today. Indole-3-Carbinol is less common and acts a bit like DIM which is found in vegetables such as broccoli and kale, this helps diminish estrogen build up.

So overall there’s some, although not all, of the best ingredients present here, however…

Negatives:

The problem here is not so much the ingredients as they will all have a positive effect on your training, however, it is the lack of other great ingredients too when compared to anything in our top 3 testosterone boosters.  Our top boosters do not have a proprietary blend either which is extremely important as there are so many farcical products available which will not include the correct amounts required.

For instance, although this does contains the excellent and effective D-Aspartic Acid, it is part of a blend so we do not no for sure whether we are getting 1000mg per day or 1mg and products such as Prime Male offer 1600mg guaranteed per day. It is the same story for Fenugreek too.

It also misses out of B6, K2, Magnesium or even Ginseng.

Conclusion:

The struggle I have with this product is the lack of additional ingredients that could be introduced and are freely available in the best testosterone boosters on the market, it is also the real lack of understanding of the exact content of proportion each ingredient is given in the proprietary blend.

Based on the ingredient profile this could be quite an effective product but it misses out on too much that we find and know to be important to utterly excel in the arena.

I trialed a fat burner and testosterone boosting stack not long ago, read about the results, you will be surprised.
